Write a reviewThe Chrysler Town & Country returns for 2007 without any significant changes. A new version last appeared in 2001, when the long-running Plymouth Voyager minivan was discontinued. For the 2007 model year, there are four variations of this popular family vehicle. There are four distinct trim levels, but each is only offered with one pre-specified engine and wheelbase configuration. Only the base model uses the shorter 113.3 inch wheelbase, while the other three models stretch to 119.3 inches. Even the Town & Country Base comes equipped with a sizable list of standard features, including a CD sound system, cruise control, keyless entry, air conditioning, and full power accessories. The three higher trims get a different seating configuration, the second row bench is replaced two captains chairs, and Chrysler's "Stow 'N Go" flat folding seats have also been added. This setup is optional on the base model. The second trim is the LX, which adds heated power mirrors to the list of base features. The Touring model upgrades to dual power-sliding doors, a six speaker audio system, tri-zone climate control, a power seat for the driver, and a power liftgate. At the top of the Town & Country lineup is the Limited, which includes tri-zone automatic climate control, a memory seat function for the driver, a premium Infinity sound system with an in-dash CD changer, a navigation system and chrome wheels. A rear seat DVD entertainment system should be a popular add-on. There are two available engines for the Town & Country. The Base and LX models are powered by a 3.3 liter V-6, which provides 170 horsepower. The Touring and Limited models are fitted with a 3.8 liter V-6, bumping horsepower to 200. All models are front wheel drive, and use a four speed automatic transmission.

It is a little over priced. It has several rust spots, it also have a sound in it when push on the gas but stops when you remove your foot, the heater in the passenger front seat doesnt work We tried to see if they would lower the price to what we would pay considering the defects.Dec 27, 2022

Great overall, looks, power side doors, and lift gate and with Nav, CD/DVD, a very dependable family vehicle.....Plenty of power with the 3.8 v6, and 4 speed trans, Great handling in rain sleet, or snow, with the traction control, that you can turn off, or on, makes for a safe reliable van....Oct 31, 2014

This is our second Dodge/Chrysler Caravan , and we have had good luck with them for the most part. Easy to get in and out of for all passengers, good vision of the road, feels pretty safe and sure footed on the road. But I think we will look for something different next time around. !0 yaers in the same style car is enough.Jan 23, 2012

Awesome family van for the money. Very spacious and easy in and out. Van has great pep. Some of the parts are kind of pricey but others have after market. The kids love the dvd player and wireless headphones. Nice big cargo area for shopping. Stow and go seating is great for hauling big stuff or just hiding extra items.Aug 19, 2011

Everything that is electronic on this vehicle has needed repair. I have needed to fix the automatic doors several times, the automatic rear lift gate, and the entertainment package cuts out periodically still. Chrysler has not yet been able to identify the problem, and they don't seem to really care. The power steering line went out and needed repair as well. The service center has been very helpful, and I don't blame them for their inferior product. I wouldn't recommend this vehicle to anyone.Jul 15, 2010

I like the fact that I can fit my famaily in this vehicle remove the seats and put cargo there, my military equipment etc,etc.In long trips everybody is confortable,and this vehicle is very reliable.I hope you like my coments.Oct 04, 2009

What is causing my engine to turn over slow?
First part of December I had the alternator remanufactured. At the same time I purchased a new battery. I also replaced the starter as it started to spin the motor over slower and slower about a week later. The new starter still turns the engine over slow and now a month later I've got a low system voltage warning. Any ideas?

how to cure hard fuel filling
I have a 2007 Chrysler T&C that wont fill other than a trickle but if i blow compressed air in the small vent line that attaches to the filler neck it fills fine. What is the compressed air changing in that small vent line that is letting it fill ?

When trying to fill my gas tank I can only put in small amounts of gas at a time because something in the tank is making the gas nozzle shut off prematurely.
