Moon roof won’t close. Condition of inside is bad. Motor is ok. Paperwork alone is $500 on top of car price. Not worth it.

Great For Commute — It is what it is. It is a very inexpensive vehicle that gets great gas mileage. Just don't expect any luxury. I have had an issue that I have read on countless discussion forums; there is a rattle in the steering wheel that is actually quite loud. If you can get over this, it is a good car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great gas Mileage, Inexpensive, fairly roomy for a compact, backseats fold down,

Cons: cheap made, rides rough

Fun Commuter — Good pickup power for getting on the highway. Cargo space is surprisingly big. Two full size luggage bags and at least one carry on bag can fit in the trunk. Fuel economy is great for commuting. The design has proven to still look good through time.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fun sporty ecofriendly car

Cons: A lot of recalls, turning radius is too big

Cobalt Ss/sc — Fun to drive car, comfortable for longer trips. Not for more than two people. The stereo is outstanding. Sunroof makes it very nice. Would not go with anything other than a turbo or a supercharged model. Makes all the difference.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: quick, comfortable

Cons: plastic interior parts

Perfect For First Time Buyers And Drivers — I wish it had more room, storage, and wish that my power sources in my car worked. I would have loved to have power windows and locks, Cruise Control would have been nice too. I wasn't given much choice at the dealership. worked out great, I love my car. Now if she would stop being so dang picky!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Truthfully, I love my car because she is my first car. I have had very few issues with my car. I like how easy it is to drive, my 13 year old little sister has drove my car! Not my choice, I was not even around when this happened.

Cons: There has been a lot of recalls. Nothing bad, but plain stupidity and routine maintenance. The seals on the doors and truck are crap. I am trying to figure out why my car is collecting so much moisture, it is causing mold to grow in the trunk and back seat. I have kids in and out of my car on a daily basis, that is not healthy!

Excellent Basic Transportation — This two door coup has excellent acceleration, a smooth clutch and shifter combo, its easy to see out of, fuel efficient, practical, easy to work on, and overall, its inexpensive!! I have driven a Cobalt for over 5 years and it is easily one of the best vehicles, all things considered, on the road!

Pros: Economical, reliable, inexpensive to work on

Cons: SMALL BACK SEAT

Great Sporty Car — I would recommend this to a friend, definitly not a car you would want to drive in the winter unless you changed the rims and tire. I have recieved many compliments on the overall looks. It also has great acceleration and handling!

Pros: Great handling and overall style

Cons: Not very Family orientated, Terrible in the snow with factory tires and rims

Chevy Cobalt Is A Very Safe, Reliable Ride. — This is a very reliable car. I've had very few problems with this car. It runs great now, and always has. If something does go wrong, it is usually cheap and quick to repair. It's definitely on the smaller side, especially in the back seat. It's a great, zippy car with only one or two people, but it doesn't have a ton of power. It can struggle on hills with all of the seats filled so not an ideal family car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Very reliable and cheap to repair.

Cons: It's definitely on the smaller side, especially in the back seat. It doesn't have a ton of power.

This Car Is My Style :) — Colby the Cobalt is my baby! I got him for a really good price and I have no complaints. He's cheap on gas and can be a lot of fun to drive. Chevy runs deep and he certainly proves it!!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: When I first bought this car, it didn't have that sporty look I wanted, but my dad chipped in and bought me a spoiler for it.

Cons: It doesn't have a sunroof and the radio signal can suck sometimes.
