Does the 1983 Toyota Tercel have an interchangeable fuse block

i have a 1983 Toyota Tercel i bought recently and it runs amazing but it will not drive previous owner claimed it was the fuse block since it is old and pretty corroded so i was wondering since i cant find any replacement fuse blocks for the car and cant even find any diagrams for the fuse block so i was wondering if there is any replacement fuse blocks from maybe a corolla or a supra around the same year that would work instead since i cant fine the exact fuse block for this car at all?

My 83 tercel 5 speed is loosing acceleration and starts chugging and feels like it's going to die. What may be causing this? Also has a weird smell!
