I was skeptical starting everything. Offer seemed too good to be true. Things were going too smooth. I read other reviews online and couldn't find anything wrong so I kept going. All the good reviews are accurate. Process is as simple and painless as it gets and I'd recommend this to everyone thinking about it.

I looked for several best bids and CarGurus came on top and the process was so simple.

I was very satisfied with the entire process, and was happy that Alex the driver who came to pick up my car was able to answer any and all questions I had about the order of operations with regard to the process and paperwork. Way better than dealing with dealerships directly, which I tried, and less time consuming than selling through posted ads. I would definitely recommend this.

There are a few hoops to jump through (pictures to take, documents to provide, etc.) but the process was not hard. Pickup of the car and payment received was super fast and painless. The entire process took 3 weeks, a bit longer than I wanted but I would for sure use them again.
