Car Gurus was very easy to work with, great customer service!! My sale was a little complicated (it was my mother’s car who had passed so the title wasn’t in my name) and they made it go very smoothly. Their offer was very competitive, I got quotes from several sites. Five minutes to fill out initial form, probably 20 minutes to take pictures (that they walk you through).

Amazing and easy transaction. I was expecting to go back and forth negotiating price. However, I was offered a fair offer. Carvana low ball's you. Do not go with them. CarGurus is very honest and trustworthy. I received my direct deposit within 24 hours of the car being picked up. I would definitely recommend CarGurus to my family and friends.
