Was a little hesitant at first, since the name was not something I recognized, but fear not - they were amazing. The entire selling process was easy and each person I interacted with was pleasant.

Very smooth transaction

Easy process. Only ‘glitch’ was how to hold the camera when photographing the car. Horizontal caused the system to freeze.

Car Gurus originally made a lowball offer, which I just ignored. Then they came back a short time later with a revised, higher offer. This was within the ballpark of my asking price so I agreed, but with some warmness. A mechanic (nice guy) called to schedule a short 20-min.) inspection. I expected to have to haggle further but he finished up and politely left. I expected another lowball offer and more haggling but it never materialized. A driver called to schedule the pickup, showed up as scheduled, I signed a digital bill of sale and that was it. No haggling. (The check had been received a few days earlier).
