Excellent transaction

The process couldn't be any more simple! It's amazing!

Overall it was a smooth process. Communication of how involved each step would be wasn't great. For example, the app said the next step was a mechanical inspection, I didn't know that I would have to take the person for drive and be out of the office for 30 minutes. If each step was explained in a bit more detail, I could have planned accordingly. The process took about 2 weeks to complete.

Somewhat seamless procedure, was surprised at the inspection on a 3K mile car but oh well.
Would do it again, the communication was absolutely great, Car Guru does stand behind their product model.

The representatives were nice, informative and helpful. No long waiting on hold.
My experience was during the Christmas and new year’s holidays so it took a little longer than I expected, but it all went well.
