Not much else to say: I’d bought a new car and needed to get rid of my old one. The entire process was as easy as advertised on TV: answer a few basic questions, input stats about the car, schedule a pickup. Part of me was waiting for the offer to be adjusted based on technicalities but the initial offer was not a hook and was exactly what I got. Pickup took no more than 15 minutes and that’s only because the woman who came to get the car was super friendly and someone I enjoyed talking to. Overall, super fast, convenient, and completely stress-free. Would do it again.
