Smooth and easy process!!

The entire process from start to finish was very smooth and service was very professional. I got the exact amount of money that I was originally offered and very soon after the car was picked up. Customer service on the phone and the Driver who picked up the vehicle were all very nice and informative. Would definitely recommend CarGurus to friends! (Just one issue was getting the approval after submitting the documents-the agent who scheduled my pickup told me the last agent who approved the documents forgot to press one button and that is why I didn't get the email of approval and to schedule pickup...)

Very good service!

Sold my Minivan to Cargurus. I quickly got a reasonable offer that was accepted. The transaction was smooth and easy, with great communication.

The day they were suppose to pick the car up, the drive didn't show. I called to find out what happened, and they immediately tried to schedule a pick up for the same day. It didn't work out, but another driver came first thing the next day.

Bottom line, mistakes happen but it's how a company responds that matters. For me they did an excellent job addressing the matter!

Fantastic Transaction
