I really appreciated the process after I felt like others played a lot of games and changed their opinions daily and made you jump through hoops. One begins with a C that changed their opinion. One begins with a V that just tries to steal your car. One begins with a Y that treats you like an appraisal at a used car lot. I worked in the business for years and respect that they did what they said they would do and make it easy!
