I went with 3 "big" names for online offers and all of them were nearly 1/2 of what Carguru's offered. I had never heard of this place until someone at work mentioned that's where he's bought and sold all of his recent vehicles. It sounds like the car basically went to some kind of dealer auction based on it's description, VIN and history and the fact that it was a Honda accord with low miles made it a popular and attracted good offers right away. I was nervous about the whole "pickup" process but when the 2 gentlemen who showed up came to pick it up, it helped convince me things were legit because of how carefully they went over the car prepping it with transport. Support was easy to contact and it was a mix of chat, text, and phone support throughout the whole process. If I need to sell a car in the future and Cargurus is still operating the way they are now, I would not hesitate to go through them again. I would recommend getting a quote from them and comparing to other offers whether it's a dealership or a big name online car company. I traded in a car lease to a dealership several months before this transaction and I really wish I could've gone back in time and used Cargurus instead, I probably would've walked away with at least several thousand dollars more.

Overall the experience was better than I anticipated. The payment to my lender was alittle slow but that also could have been on their end and not Caroffer. I would use them again for sure. Thanks.

Skeptical at first. But got a decent offer above what my “lowest” price I was considering. The process was a piece of cake and the pick up person was really nice and informative. I seriously can’t believe how easy this was.

I can’t begin to describe how extraordinarily satisfactory the entire process with car gurus has been..got a quote asap on the site and the best part was they did not haggle over the amount or scrutinize the car for any defect they can find to try to reduce the value (as was the car with one other service).
