Once all the information and pictures as requested were put in, an offer was then generated. Shortly after that, I was asked to pick a pick-up date. Once confirmed, a packet is sent containing everything needed to complete the sale. When the driver came for the car, it was as simple as one, two, three and done. Tim my transporter should get a raise! He walked me through the process even though he doesn't work directly for Car Gurus. Very thorough with his work. Took tons of pictures. Great personality. Wasn't happy with the quote felt like I could have gotten more. But decided to take the convenience of them coming to pick the car up. All in all it was a pretty seamless process. Thank you!
