Quick and easy

I had been wanting to sell my 21’ Accord for a while. Like most people, I “shopped” around online for the highest bid. Other sites like Carvana or Vroom offered me almost $4,000 less than what CarGurus offered me. Not only this, but their process seemed much more complex. The scheduling process for picking up the car was super simple. The folks who came to pick up the car were highly professional, and super friendly. They were at my house for maybe 10 minutes before driving off the lot. My only gripe is with customer service through the phone. Most of the agents seem unknowledgeable about some of the policies and procedures involved in selling the car. Im not sure if this is because they’re new, or what. But, the process was very simple, and I recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell their car without the hassle of dealing with an in-person dealership….which seems like such an antiquated annoyance these days.

Selling the Genesis - What a great transaction

I happened to be at my tuner's shop and mentioned to him that I was considering selling my Genesis. He told me not to waste my time on social media selling and go right to CarGurus. He told me it was the best option. So I did. I was skeptical but a week and half later the Genesis was gone. Perhaps I could have gotten a few hundred more selling privately or on social media but, having a seamless transaction through CarGurus easily erases any additional money I MIGHT have received and eliminated any hassle of dealing with others. The offer from CarGurus was more than I expected. Two guys from CarGurus showed up at my house, inspected the car, I signed the title over, signed a couple of documents and online authorization and one of them drove off in the Genesis. What a great transaction.

My new way to sell my car!

Selling a car is nerve wracking no matter how it's done. Car Gurus took most of my worry away. I had to email personal information to them to verify myself, the car, and that I was the owner. I was a little nervous about that, but I completed understood why they needed it. Everything ran very smoothly and exactly how it was described to me. My transporter was in constant contact with me confirming the day and time. He found the car's condition in the exact way it was reported to Car Gurus online which made the process quicker. I will certainly continue to tell friends my great experience.
