May 10, 2024Iconic style of this vehicle is hard to dislike. If you like not spending alot on gas, this is the way to do it. Very economical - the more you drive, the more you will like this car. Excellent comfort up front. Back seat is o.k for children and rear compartment has excellent space.
December 14, 2014Good value. Best gas mileage. Lacking power on hills. No back up camera in my c class. Overall happy!!
February 28, 2021Some people buy cars to hear the roar of the engine. These people need to evolve. The factors a mature car buyer should be prioritizing are RELIABILITY/SAFETY, COST OF OWNERSHIP, and ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. Im happy to know that Im driving one of the highest rated vehicles in terms of safety with one of the lowest costs of ownership. And Im happy to be able to drive 450-500 miles for $25-30 a tank. A used Prius can easily go for under $10k and they hold together for at least 350,000 miles if properly maintained. Reports of getting over 500,000 miles are not uncommon. I stand by the Prius and hope that gas-guzzling vehicle owners will consider make the switch. Its great for the environment and saves you substantial money. Its a no-brainer.
April 11, 2020This is a great car for a small family and starting up professionals. It reads as a car for a conscientious person. Driving a Prius shows you are responsible. On the negative side, I got 4 speeding tickets in two years driving the Prius. Every single ticket was within 10 miles of the speed limit. In my 40 years driving, I have only received 7 or 8 speeding tickets. Do the math. My feeling was that most policemen are conservative, and they think of Prius drivers as "darn liberals." I may be wrong. Yet, it is hard to understand how I was stopped so frequently when I drove the Prius. I summary, if you want economy, reliability, and a comfortable ride, buy a Prius.
November 10, 2014This car is still very beautiful, clean interior, engine just had head rebuilt, it runs very well
