It's smoking from whatever the o2 censor is connected to...we replaced the o2 censor and it's still doing it

The Honda Odyssey receives minor exterior styling updates for 2010, including an updated grille and a number of new exterior colors. Other than that, the Odyssey changes little for 2010, despite rumors indicating a major redesign would take place this year. Many industry watchers were hoping the 2010 Odyssey would take the form of the sleek, futuristic JDM Odyssey, which went on sale in Japan in 2008 to much acclaim. However, we'll have to wait until next year to see if the highly anticipated and well-reviewed JDM design makes its way to U.S. shores in 2011.
For now, American owners will have to settle for the current Odyssey, which displays a design dating back to 2005. And for many owners with families who appreciate the expansive interior, car-like handling, wide range of amenities, safety features, and reliability offered by the current incarnation of the Odyssey, that's not a problem. In addition, owners continue to appreciate the Odyssey for its versatility, thanks to such features as the second-row PlusOne Seat, which enables all trims except the entry-level LX to carry up to eight passengers, and the 60/40-split third-row Magic Seat, which folds flat into the floor on all trims to expand cargo space.
As in previous years, the 2010 Honda Odyssey comes in four trims, including the mid-range EX and EX-L and the top-of-the-line Touring, in addition to the LX. The automaker outfits each trim with a long list of convenience and safety features. The base LX trim comes well-equipped with such features as air conditioning, cruise control, full power features, and a four-speaker, 120-watt AM/FM audio system with a CD player and MP3 input jack. In addition, it includes such storage and cargo features as a retractable center tray table with bag hooks, a second-row in-floor storage compartment, and 13 cupholders.
Stepping up a notch, the EX trim offers an 8-way power driver's seat, tri-zone automatic climate control, steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, power-sliding doors, and a six-speaker audio system with a 6-CD changer. The EX-L adds heated leather seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power moonroof, and a power tailgate, while the upper-end Touring trim goes for the gold with such standard features a 4-way power-adjustable passenger seat, power-adjustable pedals, a 300-watt seven-speaker audio system, a rear DVD entertainment system, Bluetooth, and a navigation system with voice recognition and a rearview camera.
The Odyssey provides plenty of headroom throughout the cabin and good legroom in the first and second rows, although taller adults will find legroom in the third-row seats tight. Cargo capacity starts at 38 cubic feet with all three rows of seats in place, and expands to 91 cubic feet and 147 cubic feet, respectively, with the third and second rows folded down. Overall, owners give high marks to the interior's fit and finish, with plenty of padding on the seats and soft-touch surfaces.
For power, the LX and EX trims come equipped with a 3.5-liter VTEC V6, which produces 244 hp and 240 lb-ft of torque. The EX-L and Touring trims are powered by a 3.5-liter i-VTEC V6, which delivers 5 more lb-ft of torque for slightly better response off the line, although horsepower remains the same. In addition, the i-VTEC V6 in the upper-end trims features variable cylinder management, which can deactivate two or three of the engine's six cylinders when not needed to improve fuel efficiency. It posts fuel economy numbers of 17/25 mpg, compared to 16/23 for the VTEC V6. The upper-end trims also come equipped with an Active Control Engine Mount System and Active Noise Cancellation, which help reduce vibration and ensure a quiet cabin. In all trims, the engine links to a five-speed automatic transmission.
Safety features for the 2010 Odyssey include front side airbags and three-row side-curtain airbags with a rollover sensor. Antilock brakes with electronic brake distribution and brake assist come standard on all trims. In addition, all trims include Honda's version of an electronic stability program, called Vehicle Stability Assist. The Odyssey receives five stars, the highest rating possible, from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for both frontal and side-impact crash tests. The front-wheel-drive Odyssey rides on 16-inch wheels in all trims, except for the high-end Touring trim, which upgrades to 17-inch alloy wheels.

I purchased the 2010 Odyssey because of its high mileage reliability. As I plan to continue maticulous maintenance, as is required to make any vehicle last as long as possible, I can expect this vehicle to go 300,000 miles by comparing it to proven numbers out there in various reviews. It is a solid, 244 HP SMOOTH DRIVING PRETTY VEHICLE. I am looking forward to many years of service and am confident this LX will hold up. I was a devoted dodge caravan owner for years. Unfortunately most all developed head gasket issues as well as trans issues around the 100.000 mile mark.Mar 11, 2023

Handling, safety, amenities, power, reasonable gas mileage for its size, ergonimics, reliability, and styling are all great. The middle seats can easily be removed and with the rear seats folded down a 4x8 sheet of plywood will fit flat on the floor inside. Variable cylinder management (VCM) is a question mark but can easily be disabled. Potential owners should read about it. I hope to drive mine for 250,000 miles or beyond.May 14, 2022

We love this van, we got a touring trim package. Everything you could ever want. Stowing seats are fantastic, pilot seats easily remove for more space. Belly storage is super handy. This generation is well known for its longevity and amenities for a family . Mine is also used for my business . I’ve been able to load just about anything in it , refrigerators , couches , and a hoard of other stuff . The load entrance is low and keeps your back from being injured . Make sure you read the oddly club website and all the recommendations they advise . I’m letting go of my 2006 , with 208,000 miles and just purchased a 2010 with 85,000 miles . Only letting go because I’m a dj and don’t want to risk any issues going to weddings . But in. 12 years it’s never let me down . My best upgrade by far were the Bilstein shocks up front . Makes the car handle incredibly well especially at high speeds . Can’t wait to put another 220,000 miles on my next one . This one won’t be my daily driver , just weekend getta ways and gigs on Saturday’s . Should eAsily last another 10 years .Oct 18, 2020

Very good for family trip. Fits up to 8 people plus luggage. Comfortable ride, especially long ride. Entertainment system kept our one year old occupied for 5 hours. Fuel economy. We own that car almost two years, the car was in shop only once because of recall letter.

Very powerful; practically sporty in acceleration and handling compared to Dodges. Very tight and solid at 55k. Not one single mechanical problem, as the 2nd owner since about 20k. The middle row seats are so comfy and wide (though they don't stow, which is probably because Honda realized they can either make them comfy or stow, not both, due to space/weight) that after the first time I rode in the middle row to 'see how the kids live', I dubbed the van the "Hondajet" because they feel like private jet seats look like they feel.
A/C is a bit busy to operate. Never figured out how to just set it where it's comfy for me and forget it, though it has Auto settings of temp. Doesn't ride as nice as my well worn 2005 Caravan and the steering is SO responsive on the Odyssey that you don't dare twitch the wheel or someone will spill their fast food off their lap. Fast steering is fine if you are rallying on weekends, but for long trips, that makes it twitchy. Also, the electric assisted steering feels like the ratio varies to me..as if 1/4 turn of the steering wheel equals more change in the angle of the front wheels at some speeds than others and that confuses my brain. I think Dodge's Stow and Go mechanism is slicker than the way the Honda's back seats fold up. The power sliding side doors are much more classy in their movement than the Caravan, but the way you engage them from the outside takes learning the wrist action or you bungle it. A car wash drying gal wrestled with it so much in her ignorance of how to operate it that she would have broken it off if she wasn't only about 70 lbs herself.Apr 22, 2014

after Transmission Flush, Leak in oil at the valve
A car mechanic finished a transmission flush two months. And this month the check engine light came up. I took it to a honda dealer and the dealer stated that the Power steering Pump had to be resealed. And the other was the Pass Rear shock was leaking. Are there any links to the previous repairs. How much would it cost for resealing the power steering pump? And how much for the Rear shock leak fix and how is that fixed? Replacing with a new one etc?
