2007 SAAB CD Ejection.
My 6 CD unit will not allow me to eject the CD's, it says ejecting, hear the mechanism, but no CD is ejected. CD's are stuck in the unit.

Write a reviewThe 2007 Saab 9-3 looks essentially the same as it did last year, but some changes have been made as far as standard equipment and available features. There's also a new color selection, Titan Grey Metallic.
The biggest change comes in the cockpit, as the "Born from Jets" company likes to say. The instrument cluster is now larger, yet it has nonetheless been streamlined to maximize efficiency (for instance, dials replace buttons on the climate control).
Saab has consciously worked to enhance the driver's enjoyment behind the wheel, and this includes their choice of a somewhat wrap-around instrument panel that in a way becomes one with the pilot - er, driver - and almost lets him pretend he's up among the clouds. A green light illuminates the gauges, but the brightness can be controlled with the Night Panel switch.
They have also worked on improving the 9-3's handling, which was by no means terrible but now is a bit better according to several reviewers, some of whom also made note of the car's comfortable seats (although Saab probably won't knock Volvo out of top-running for its reputation in this category).
A new standard feature is the automatic dual-zone climate control, which is becoming de rigueur on today's European-branded cars. On the higher-priced Aero trim, a 6-speed automatic transmission replaces the 5-speed, upping fuel efficiency a tad. New options consist of a Bose audio system, the OnStar Safety and Security System, red walnut interior trim, and upgraded wheels.
Safety equipment on the 9-3 sedan wants for nothing, as the roster ranges from an electronic stability system with ABS and electronic brake-force distribution to a full complement of airbags (including side-impact and side-curtain units) and Active Head Restraints. Interior space is sufficient, although the backseat is cramped for adults. The trunk's capacity is 14.8 cubic feet.

The SAAB is a GREAT value, as long as you have a mechanic that will fix them reasonably. Really fun to drive, great features only found on high end luxury cars, German engineering (German components, put together in Sweden).
Stay away from the all wheel drive versions (parts are hard to find) and you should be OK. Have been driving them for 20 years.Mar 12, 2021

I loved this car! It was my second Saab and I couldn't have asked for more in a car. It performed the way I wanted it to, was easy for me to take care of, and always kept me safe. I also loved the little extra features this car had like the AUX input for ipods/iphones for music, the folding back seats so that I could fit extra large items in the trunk, and the cup holders! For some reason, Saabs always have the coolest mechanical cup holders.Dec 08, 2014

The car handles extremely well, both in summer and winter. It has good acceleration and is pretty comfortable up front. So far, it's been extremely reliable and has not needed any excessive maintenance work done. I just put on new Conti PureContact tires and the car sticks to the corners like glued. The gas mileage I get is a respectable 25 mpg combined, with roughly 60/40 highway/city driving. The tiptronic (manual auto) shift works very well. The company went out of business so it's tricky to get parts, I hear. The turbo makes a very slight rattling noise when it's on full tilt on "Drive" mode.Aug 02, 2013

Well, I love the gas. It has 6-disc CD. No negative about the car at all. Overall...Pretty good car. Good Tread on tires. Appearance: Great. Looks good on and off road. I bought mine at an auction. Some parts of the interior trim where missing, it was mechanically neglected, and poorly restored for a previous accident.
But I felt in love with the specs, it's design, and it was a good deal at the time after all.
After two years, I've put a lot of TLC... and since I'm not a grease monkey myself, my mechanics has definitely racked up on the labor cost and maintenance. In the end, it was a project worth driving, and I enjoy it every day. Although a bit pricey after doing all the math. Some contenders in the same line might have been more practical, reputable, and just as worthy of the investment, but this one gives a boost of emotions not felt in many vehicles of its class.Jun 01, 2013

This is a one owner vehicle, that has never been in an accident. It is reliable, fun to drive 6 speed, that is very comfort to navigate to the local store or on a long journey. I love this car. For a 4-cyl Turbo it has a lot of "go" power and the handling is tight and smooth. I love the lines and the look. You can't beat the gas mileage (30-34 mpg highway). It is a lot of fun to drive!!Jun 21, 2011

The only thing I don't like is the front lip; it is way too low and bangs on concrete when I pull out of parking lots. It's very fun to drive. I haven't owned it very long so I don't know about the cost of ownership yet. I bought it with 11,000 miles and it's under warranty until August 2012. I needed to use Saab Roadside Assistance once and they were very good, offering to tow it 500 miles to the next dealer. Appearance is great, performance on handling and aceleration is awsome.
Its consumption is great on highways, but a not much in city.
Interior finishing is confortable.
Repairs and maintenance expensive in Mx.
I always have fun to drive once Í get in it.

Performance- A little too much turbo lag but once the turbo kicks in its nice and powerful
Build Quality- When the windows are closed its nice and quiet, suspension is nice and tight around corners, the entire car feels pretty solid.

Why does the coolant level warning light come on.
got a steady check engine light. Mechanic replaced the coolant expansion tank. No check engine light but getting low coolant level light after driving for about 20 minutes. Coolant level not low. 2007 Saab 93 2.0 t convertible left turn signal and left low beam failure.
Just had both side low beams replaced. Three days later the Sid showed left low beam and left turn signal failure. Restarted the car and the Sid show "check ok". Got out of the car and checked the low beam and it was on and the left turn signal worked. This has been an intermittent issue. The "check ok" can show for two to three days and then failure. About three years ago I had both head light wiring harnesses change out and every thing worked fine for about a year. Any ideas as why this issue keeps coming up.

a c units electrical problem
my a c functions for a bit till it gets warm...i tested it and the clutch kicks in with a direct 12 volts and works with a jumper wire leading me to beleive it has something to do with the relays but i dont know which ones as i have no indications as my fuse box for a c...this is on a 2007 saab wagon 9-3...can you help showing diagrams of which relays to check please
