Write a reviewThe 2007 Mitsubishi Galant represents the start of a new generation for this mid-sized sedan. An array of new options marks the changes, as well as the introduction of a new trim, the Ralliart. The lower-level trims come with the expected 4-cylinder engine, but new technology in that engine boosts fuel efficiency. The two higher-priced trims have a peppy V6, and their fuel economy is nothing to boast about. Air bags come standard on every level of the Galant, and all but the base model DE have ABS. It's a good-looking car, but nothing really that stands out, and it has a good safety rating.

Decent car, gets the job done. I really don't have anything to complain about the car. I need it to get to and from the train station and it does that. I like the way it looks and for the price it is a pretty good bargain. Apr 05, 2012

it was cheap and available... it goes fast i am just writing to fill in this space... matt says it has good pick up for a momma car.. it's comfortable and it's suspension is actually useable unlike most new cars.. Jun 15, 2009

it has a 4L all aluminum Mivec engine with stainless steel exhaust including headers, a single clutch manumatic sport shift transmission. The car comes with everything except pop up navagation (available in the Rally Art Gallant-almost $20000 more) Handling and steering is un believable with limited body roll. Sits on factory 16s supported by wide track Yokohama tires, whitch are all easily stopped by the cars 4 wheel double piston disk brakes. The beautiful body and interior designe along with the powerful 6 speaker sound system- coupled with the power and performance makes this car one serious civic eater.Aug 22, 2008

Battery,antilock,brake lights cane on
As I was driving my 07 Galant the battery came on. Then antilock, then break light. As I was driving brake light would turn on and off I made sure brake was not on ,keep in mind its light that comes on when I use emergency brake. So I was able to get home n park. Few days later I drive to cornor store that is really closeby, I arrived fine. When I got back in car n turned it on the bat er light came on as I drove back home antilock came on so I parked it. Next day I go to turn on and it wouldn't starts .lights come on n I go to turn key n it won't start.

Alternatior or Battery
I was waiting at a fast food place and my radio starts messing up so I think oh no big deal then my battery light comes on. I then the car off thinking the sensor may have came on then the car wouldn't crank. I got it to crank and the battery light came on so did SRS and anti lock. The car kept jerking as I drove and all the lights were off on the interior and no head lights. I pull into a place to call someone to see if they had an idea and I have no control over the car it keeps jerking I can't turn the wheel or anything and it won't accelerate. No radio no heat no head lights nothing.
