When I took my drivers side front seat belt loose after parking my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 quad cab , the belt retracted ok, later when I got back in truck,started it up and reached for the seat belt, it was stuck and would not let me pull it out, can I fix this myself? I am 65 years old and not a great mechanic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
