Truck was stored for a year. dead battery replaced and starter spins with no key in ignition. Replaced starter. Started running when battery connected. Swapped relay with same result. Any ideas? Thanks.

All my wires are cut on the driver's side under the steering wheel .some of them are the same color but there is more than one on some Is there an easy way to fix it easier I mean than color matching
