AWESOME Truck! I could tow anything with this including a house! Awesome MPG! LOVED LOVED LOVED this truck! Drove this truck for 13 years ! It was really expensive to maintain when it needed repairs and tires! It went through a set of tires a year! But I still LOVED this truck!May 17, 2011

Long-bed extra cab 4x4, about the size of an aircraft carrier. V10 with the 5-speed, which is a rare combination that Dodge quit offering a few years later. Plenty of torque, will pull anything, much cheaper to buy than the diesel. V10 gets poor mileage but not that much worse than the V8. Good build quality except for the paint.

Its the way to go if you're going for a diesel. And did i mention it runs on vegetable oil. If you want to have a car thats easily tunable and has the ability to literally smoke people in a race, here you go.Jan 14, 2010

Engine has excellent power and is pretty much bullet proof. Not very fast stock from the factory, but with a few simple upgrades it makes alot of power. Exhaust stacks sound great with this motor. Very fun to drive and still gets almost 20 mpg even with 37 inch tires.Nov 03, 2009

I love this truck and will own it forever. After all, it's got Cummins power! The truck has power and torque like crazy. The only thing I don't like about it is the 4.10 gears. They are way to low for me, don't know why anyone would want then to be honest.Oct 12, 2009

I have TONS of problems with with truck. I think we have spent more in fixing it then we bought for it. It looks good and fun to drive in the woods and off road. I dont think I would buy another one those. Sep 04, 2009

I love the motor, but the truck around it is junk. Cummins motors are amazing. I got the truck for free, but if it wasn't a diesel, I would never have taken it.
I'm gonna drive it this winter because I don't care if it gets rusty, then I'll pull the Cummins, and put it in my Scout, and scrap the body of the dodge.

1995 Ram 2500 Brake Lights Don’t Work
My Ram 2500’s brake lights aren’t working, but the blinkers do so I replaced the brake light switch and nothing changed. With a little electrical testing I found out the switch wasn’t getting a 12 volt supply so I wired up something from the battery just to see if that fixed it but it didn’t so I’m thinking one of the other 5 wires isn’t getting heat either but I’m not very experienced with electrical things at all and really don’t know how to go about this so any input is very appreciated.
