The Renault Clio is quiet, comfortable and nimble to drive; and if you pick the right one, it's classy, practical and safe, too. Prices could be cheaper and the entry-level versions are a little too basic.Choose the right one (1.2 Turbo Dynamique TomTom), and the Clio is one of the finest cars in the class. Quiet, comfortable and classy, yet cheap to run.Oct 20, 2011

Car of the year 1991! Repair costs are very low. Interior is two colored. More than
195.000 km but never wrecked. Drive is very fun. Performance is enough for this
800 kg chassis. I like this type of Renault. A real "in-state" car.Aug 11, 2011

i feel that the car was ahead of its time its so nice to drive with the auto box and 1.4 engine makesa a good combination. that car has been lovwered so it handles well the full leather interior is nice and comfy and i would have no complaints about doing long journeys in my clio.
very ecomical to run May 30, 2010

Not much to say. Drives me to work and that is all I am asking it to do. 3 door hatch, 1991, 1.2 engine, 60 bhp, cheap to run, heaps of spare parts around but not much fun driving. Sorry about the picture, I had to borrow this one from the web. Dec 12, 2009

Engine: Energy 1.2L
Performance - acceleration bad, braking - dont have
brakes, handling - like a boat
Build Quality - build quality is excellent! This car is a tank!
Appearance - the interior is bad looking, but practical. The exterior styling is nice. Small cute car!
Cost of Ownership - so little for all experiments that I did
with this car :)
Fun Factor - after my off road monster, this is my favorite
car :)Jul 07, 2009

Renault Clio 16V. Renaults are renowned for being pockets rockets especially these and the 5 Turbo, although the down side to the smaller renaults is that they are not very well put together, the body work is flimsy and the dashboards tend to squek and rattle etc. The are very fast due to them not weighing very much.Jul 24, 2008

This is my baby - 1.8 16v injection, chip with a straight through exhaust and KnN air filter. It has been stage 3 lowered and lightened and has a full Dimma wide arch kit with 18" rimsJan 02, 2008
