Power window goes down, but not up.

Problem: Power window on driver side gets power for both going up and down, but only rolls down currently. (The fuses are all in working order, the power to the switch works as it should. Everything was tested with a test light.) Second problem: Power does not go to my passenger side window. I have tried both using the master window switch as well as the passenger window switch, no power is going to the window motor at all. (Broken wire?) Im not sure where to go from here, I have the original window motor for the driver side which im going to replace and see if that fixes the issue.

i love this car because it has the get up and go speed of any car out there but also is roomy and its good on gas and also a collecters item that i have see very few of thats why i like it so muchJun 27, 2009

Well, At the moment, MX-6 GT Turbo (note.. that is the trim, if it was selectable), is awaiting parts. I race it out at Mosport, and, well.. even with regular maintenance things happen. So, as for what my friends dislike about it is the fact that it's off the road at the moment, some complain about the suspension being a bit too firm. 2 doors.. etc.. What they like about it, is it moves like a cheetah with it's tail on fire. (ok.. usually that is).. Until I get it prettied up again,. I will omit a picture ;)Jun 17, 2008

Although rated at only 110 bhp, the 2.2L 4-cylinder is very torquey, and capable of accelerating the car very quickly, especially when equipped with the manual transmission. Top speed is governed at 185 km/h, although I believe it could do about 200 without the governer. It also reaches that speed fairly quickly. As with most Mazdas, the handling is it's biggest performance feature, and the MX-6 is no exception. Steering is very quick and responsive, and the grip is extraordinary. The brakes also do an admirable job of hauling the car down from speed, despite the rear brakes being drums. This car is also extremely reliable, as the powertrain is one of the longest lasting I have ever seen. The styling is also quite tasteful, and allows for a decent amount of room in the backseat.May 29, 2008
