i have been thru alot with my little ford ranger and it has came thru every time i have done road trips, off roading, camping, ect. and its a great little truck and starts every time cold start or not.Oct 18, 2013

Weak 2.3L burns oil, gets about 10L for 100km, carburated, 4spd on the floor, body is in good shpae for an 84, frame has no rot, good for a project truck. Does good in the twisties for a truck. Parts are hard to find sometimes, which makes some repairs a waiting game.Jan 26, 2011

Performance - Acceleration was crap, it was quite a slow truck. Build Quality - Very solid, tough as nails truck, could take a beating and keep on going. Appearance - I liked the style, not all would. Cost of Ownership - Got almost 30 MPG, it had a 2.3L SOHC 4 Cyl., low maintenance. Fun Factor - quite fun to drive except when trying to get out into traffic! Aug 25, 2008
