Interchangeable steering knuckle
Spindle stripped on my 84 lesabre and trying to figure out what other vehicles has the same spindle knuckle/ stearing knuckle with 11inch rotor.

I love the body with the chrome big grille, the body style is classic like the Caprice Classic. Rides extra comfortably on the highway. Ability to get larger size wheels without getting crazy with lift kits. All metal not much plastic here.Oct 22, 2014

Classic 80's sedan. This vehicle literally saved my life, the solid steel
construction, body and bumpers protected me in a serious crash and
prevented the engine from coming through the dashboard into my lap.
The handling was a bit floaty and it was a bit of a boat, but it was

its a beast, very strong motor, it has takin all the abuse i have put it through and it
keeps on ticking, the parts for it are cheap, its easy to work on for the most part,

it was my first car. I remember back in the day when it was 20 below out one day and all my friends in high school laughed and said my car wouldn't start. but I spent most of the day toting people home because my started on the second click. GREAT RUNNER!! I wish I had it today.Jul 23, 2008

It was my grandmother's car and since she wasn't driving it and that Mercedes was always broken, it became my second car. It was nice and big for a high schooler, so it was pretty safe.
Great car until the day it overheated and stalled as I was crossing McMullen Booth Road and was then broadsided by oncoming traffic which pushed me into another stopped car, shooting the trunk lid flying into the air, pushed me against the door and sent me to the hospital in an ambulance.May 11, 2008

How to fix a stuck antenna motor on a 1984 buick LeSabre that keeps running and runs the battery down.
Car is in pretty good shape- only 85K miles. Overhaul of A/C, etc. last year. Antenna motor is now stuck and keeps running even when engine off, which runs the battery down. Don't really need the radio or antenna. How to disable the antenna motor? Pulled the radio fuse, but that didn't work. Pulled the dome light fuse, but that didn't work. Have applied some WD-40 in case it gets working again. Will have to jump start the car tomorrow and charge up the battery again, but don't know how to get at the little motor or its control to disable it.
