Rocker panels were rusted to where I could push my finger through them. High miles. Needs brakes and tires. Air bag light was on. Steering wheel had a shake to it. Plus, how would I know it would pass the emissions without being looked at. He seemed like he didn’t get the fact that those repair costs have to come off the price. Kept telling me the truck wasn’t right for me. That’s what they go for. When in fact, it was the price I didn’t like. Not the truck. I’m not going to spend that much money plus repairs for that truck. To be honest, he came off as a jerk. Didn’t know anything about the Avalanche. They couldn’t really answer my questions. As a current Avalanche owner, I kind of know how they are. Quirks. He wouldn't let me take it to my mechanic to get checked out either. That makes me really leery about it. Overall, a bad experience with this dealership.? "

After purchase, when I couldn’t get the keys to work in the trunk or passenger door, the dealer just said dismissively, “No extra charge.” The car was marked “as is,” but not being able to open the gas cap door nearly left my daughter stranded, and not being able to open the hood without pliers is a safety issue they should have warned us about."
