Best little sports car ever! Fast, cool, fun. Never knew cars made in the 70s got such good gas mileage- 25 mpg! Go Britian! All parts are easy to find at Moss Motors. Girls look especially hot in this car!Aug 25, 2010

The latest of the 'proper' MGB GTs, before the chrome bumpers were replaced with rubber ones. It's great to drive, responsive (if a little heavy) to steer, and relatively east to maintain.
The lovely thing about the car is that it is affordable fun, and when things do go wrong (which they will from time to time) there is a good club to support you and a number of fellow enthusiasts. Dec 31, 2009

the mgb is great car. It is not the fastest or best handling car in the world, and it certainly isn't the most reliable car in the world. (electrical system) the mg is in a class of its own. it is a car that one can bond with. the trany and steering is sound and sharp.Jul 04, 2008

Clutch Replacement
So I recently took in a 1975 MGB that was first my grandfathers, then my fathers and now mine. I could not bear to see it leave the bloodline. The engine is recently rebuilt and the body is rust free. The breaks were replaced and the front one bled fine but the rears will not bleed? And how tough is it to replace the clutch yourself?

1975 MGB stalled after idling.
My 75 MGB stalled after idling for 3 minutes. | Have not been able to restart. Losts of spark, gas and battery but just will not turn over. Have I missed something obvious.
