truck dyeing out why
I have a 64 c10 with a late 70's 350 when it gets hot it dies and won't start. It's not vapor lock as when its dead it turns over but has no spark. In cool weather it runs great.

For being a '64 pick up truck and driving it on a daily basis, it is very dependable. Problem is when something breaks down... Replacement parts are hard to find. I have had this truck for 21 years and it has been abused at work with hauling HVAC equipment and construction materials like a champ. Now it's time to give it some TLC and restore it to a show truck.Jan 15, 2015

I built this truck with a 1986 chevy 4-4 frame and running gear with a few tricks of the trade we now have a 1964 4 wheel drive chevy c-10 383 stroker motor and a built 350 turbo trans. sandstone metallic base with a touch of old mopar style stripes to give it that one of a kind build that it is, the customer was very happy with the ride and power of the 64 + truck.Oct 22, 2014

gas smell inside my chevy 1964 c10 stepside
I just bought a 1964 chevy stepside c10. I don't know anything about how the gas tank in the cab is suppose to be vented to the outside. As far as I can see, there is just 2 short "about 2 inch" tubes but they are just open to the inside of the cab. Anyone got any suggestions. Thanks, Joann
