Passed on this vehicle, but was ready to purchase another in the fleet. Sales guy used every tactic in the book to get me to commit. Everything but being truthful and forthright with what he could offer. Told me that the factory warranty does not transfer with the sale of the car, even though the vehicle was a CPO vehicle. Wanted me to sign a contract before my funding was received. Once I calculated the TCO I decided to go another direction, he offered to extend the factory warranty. When I asked why he didn't offer it before, he said is was the money. None of this was done with the manager's help and thus this was all off the cuff from the sales guy. Simply untrustworthy.

Their CPO inventory was vast, lots of cars in stock but most had cosmetic issues that were band-aided over with touch up paint.

Made an appointment with Renzo. Drove over an hour in the rain to honor my appointment. When I arrived I was told Renzo could not meet with me but his assistant would. Must of had a more important customer since I was only there to purchase a cpo vehicle. Looked at the vehicle and it was not equipped as indicated on the dealer website. No apology for not meeting with me or the inaccuracy of their listing. Guess you need to be shopping for an 8 series to be treated respectfully at this dealer!!!

Fellow who contacted me was polite but unknowledgable about the car. I asked him 2 or 3 questions (width of car, safety features on it, price negotiable) and his response for all was I don’t know come in and you can find out. Obviously I was not going to drive over an hour to find out things that could have been answered on the phone.

I had sent a copy of the original sticker on my car without a response back as to the trade in they would offer.
I talked to a representative there again yesterday (I called him) and he couldn't even confirm that the car was still available.
Test drive was just okay. Mostly just freeways and straights, so I didnt get the best feel possible. Other than that it was a good experience. The salesman seemed newer but never pushed any sales pitch when I told him I was determining which car I wanted at the moment.
Terry got back to me right away and we got the deal done.
I was very happy with my purchase. The only issue was the extended warranty. I got a deal on the car. But the finance guy got me on extended warranty. So the money I saved on the car. I was charged double for the warranty. The customer service was great!

We called to confirm that the car was available, and Joe P. was the friendly salesman that helped us. We went to see it that night, and Joe had the car ready for test drive when we got there. It was exactly as described, with a few more features than we expected. Negotiation was easy. We got our target price, and were quickly financed by BMW Financial at 4.04%, which is the lowest rate you can get on a used car through them. Everybody there was pleasant, and we were never pressured. Thanks to Joe, our car-buying experience featured honesty, speed, and an easy transaction at our target price. My kind of deal.
