This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I am a cash buyer, they gave me some inflated price “unless I used their bank” i was given several different prices al of which were well over the advertised price. Then they added a 4k “environment package” these people did not want me to buy this car, and I said that. “We can’t sell this car for this low a price unless you use our financing” I did not want or ask for. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I bought a car from someone else. Avoid this crap show.

This was a horrible experience. I talked to AI for most of the time when I thought I was actually speaking to a human. I had my credit ran multiple times. I never understand they didn’t get back to me until after the car was sold told me everything would be OK then a week later told me I needed a cosigner which I never understood for a $10,000 car that I was willing to put $3000 on horrible service, horrible communication and because of this company my credit has gone down significantly for having it ran from so many times

Salesman sold the car out from under me as I was picking up the money to buy the car from my finance institution. I also communicated that I was picking up the funds and would be there in a couple hours.

Sammy "The Bull" was very helpful. We had a nice experience buying this car from this guy. I would recommend him to friends looking for a car. Honest, friendly, and just a really nice car salesmen. 5 out 5 experience.

I hate to be the person to leave such a port review but I will explain my reasoning. As someone who is in sales, I understand 100 percent how business should be conducted and how one person can have a negative profound on your business. I initially called the dealership and spoke with someone and explained the situation that I had. They told me that they can help me with the situation that I was in which was being upside down. If you tell that to someone, the expectation is to help that individual at least in my professional experience and decades of sales experience. I spent less than 30 minutes in the dealership and this is the honest truth. It took me more time to walk outside of my vehicle honestly. I walk inside and I think the agent greeted me and just looked like someone who didn’t want to be there honestly. After I left no one followed up with me. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere but the agent at this location didn’t provide alternative solutions.

Attempted to purchase a vehicle from them tried to explain that I would be coming from out of town and I needed to have everything in line before I went there. They were unable to do that. And they kept trying to add to the price in charge for my states. Sales tax and inspection and title work when they aren’t able to collect for my state either they couldn’t comprehend selling it out of state or they just wanted to rip somebody off.
