The car was in a wreck, they denied it was damaged then showed a clean car fax. The car had overspray on the tire from the repair. It also still had a dent and visible damage inside of the driver side rear door with rust and chipped paint. They tried to add $1,995 to the used car which then became $15,989 then plus TT&L, not as advertised, I even called to confirm and they said $13,994 plus TT&L which was a trick just to get me into the dealership. AVOID Them. The APEX add-on is a complete scam, the GPS immobilizer is a $132 plug and play component. Buy from anywhere else and avoid this bait and switch scam from Nissan of Clear Lake!

Responded very quickly, good service. My complain is that in order to honor the price listed on car gurus I had to get the car with an apex gps which they had already installed and charged me 1999.00 on top of the price.

STAY AWAY!!! I drove 1 1/2 hours to this dealer to purchase a car with cash in hand. The car was listed for $8,492 online and they would NOT accept my offer of $8,500. Like whaaattt???? That's more than they asked for!! They added so many fees and would not take any lower than $12,700. yea... thanks for wasting my time!! They gave me the dealer fees speech and all that... I understand dealers have fees, but when your fees make up literally 50% of the asking price of a car ITS MISLEADING!!! It's sad that they don't try to see things from a customer perspective and are too busy trying to get the most out of customers. Good luck staying in business!! I ended up purchasing a much newer and nicer car from another dealer for much less, so I'm glad things went the way that they did.

Made an appointment, drove from Corpus Christi to their lot in League City TX and the car that i was going to buy was sold before I arrived and they knew i was on my way there. Not a good experience.

They have A LOT of additional charges once you get there, just a warning. Also, after I bought the truck from my salesman I attempted to contact him to finalize some agreed upon business during negotiations. Well, he completely blew me off and I wasted a whole day driving all the way out there to be told that.... 1, he was busy and couldn't help and 2, what I needed to get done is only done on Wednesdays (It was Tuesday). All Matt (I think that is his name) had to do was pick up the phone and call or text me that I could come out on a Wednesday. Instead, I was totally ignored... Not right, not right at all. So, I will have to drive all the way out there again, another tank of gas and another day of my life wasted because he was too self absorbed to be communicative. The dealer itself was fine I guess, just stay away from Matt.

I can begin with the introductory price to lure you in and then increase the price. When I refused to pay more than the advertised price they still tried to sneak in an upcharge on closing. I can provide pic if asked. I can’t even begin to tell you how horrible their customer service is. Extremely argumentative, dropped the ball on financing and we had to go back again to sign because of their mistake. I highly recommend anyone but them.

Called and asked if a used car was on the lot and I was told yes. Got to the dealer and they tried to sell me on another car. I asked if the car I found on line was on the lot and I was told yes. The car was never there. Tried to sell me a new car or lease.

When we bought our car the side panel was dented so they told us that they would fix it and it would be like new but when we received the car 6 days later we find out that the panel was attached with the zip ties. There body shop thought it would be okay to leave zip ties on the new panel to keep it attached to the car instead of using volts to keep it attached to the car.

The dealer contacted me several times. Their follow-up was better than most dealerships and I should know having 6yr's of dealership employment under my belt. Although this particular Miata is a great deal I decided that I should pay-off my current vehicle before I start looking for another vehicle.

The sales person said that I gave wrong phone number despite getting a call from other sales person, gave wrong information on car ownerships. Said he would my apply loan from one bank and applied in all 3 banks I have account with. He tried to give us in-house 8% APR and the bank the bank actually approved us for 4%.

Found their listing on Sunday, they called Monday to make appointment, the deal was so good I though for sure the murano would have been sold. Called during the day to see if they would bring the vehicle to my work and they said the sales person would call back between 5 and 10 minutes. They did not call back however I called as soon as the work day was finished to confirm the appointment and the person whom took the call checked not only on their computer data base but also with an actual staff member to see if the vehicle was still there. It has Sold on Saturday and had not been updated in their computer yet. The young lady save me a trip all the way from Galleria area to clear lake. Most dealers would have said it was there just to get you to the dealership.

The advertised car wasn't actually available and I wasn't impressed with the salesman who contacted me. But the internet sales manager did follow up and was much more helpful and knowledgeable. I did not go to the dealership in person because they didn't have a car on their lot that met our needs.

Crystal gets 5 stars ⭐️ for her efforts! The dealer reached out to me within minutes of my Information being sent to them. The next morning Crystal, a sales person contacted me and was very thorough in learning what I wanted in a vehicle. Only draw back is financial person never responded to my application for financing. Crystal could see it had come through but was not allowed to access that page, meanwhile the vehicle I wanted was sold. In my book your only as strong as your weakest link.

I would have gave them zero stars but it was not an option. They advertised a vehicle that was never there. I contacted them in the morning when dealer opened and they confirmed it was available. Ten minutes later at dealership they went to bring it up so i could test drive and brought a totally different stock number truck. I told them that was not the one they verified by "stock" number that was available and the salesman went to the key box to get the other. After ten more minutes of shuffling around he came and said "what do you like about that truck"? Of course the old bait and switch technique. Never again. Wasted my time and theirs I guess some people fall for that gimmick and buy whatever is on site.

After more than 2 hours of being at the dealership (while management and salespeople were in managers office eating), the used car manager decided to insult me with his offer for my trade in. Im well aware of what my vehicle is worth, and I wasn’t interested in playing their car salesmen games...I immediately got up and left and will never consider doing business with them again.

They sold the car from under me! I was ready to buy it and they said they would contact me as soon as it got through inspection and they never called me so I called them and they said they would see about the car and if it was ready they would call me and we would go through the whole buying process. I waited all day for a call and never got one so I called that night and they said it was sold that afternoon!

Lots of follow up emails and calls from the salesman I talked to, the sales manager and the internet sales team. A bit too aggressive for me. The salesman I talked to said the internet price was his best offer. What ever happened to the art of negotiation, especially since I had purchased a new vehicle from this dealership previously.

Test drove one of their preowned vehicles (good vehicle) but ultimately decided to go with another brand/dealer. However, my experience with salesman and manager was top notch. Will consider for future purchases.

This dealer did not have the advertised car! I went to the dealership after contact to see the advertised car. The dealer produced a carfax report for the advertised car that he admitted later that it was incorrect. The dealer said that the right car that should have been advertised was a 2015 Murano SV and not a 2017 Murano Platinum. A major difference. Lousy experience with this dealer

I did find a vehicle I wanted to purchase on the spot but the sales or finance manager would not work with me. The salesman was great but that's all I can say about that dealership. Purchase was not made due to a $500.00 difference.,

I made an appointment to see a 2015 tacoma. Prior to my visit i speak with the salesman and i clarified that i was only interested in that Tacoma. However, when I arrived the truck was supposdly was sold moments ago. I noticed that was a lie because there was any Tacoma around there. It was only a fake excuse to show me other cars they have there.

I was told it would only take 20 min for a trade- in value. I was there over an hour with all 4 of my kids (2 of which are in diapers) and when the 2 youngest began to get impatient I got my keys and left after being told I would get a phone call back with the trade-in value, that was a week ago, still haven't recieves a call.

Clear Lake Nissan worked with us to get the best possible price for our trade-in, however it took much longer to get there than expected. We love our new Altima and got it for under Kelly Blue Book value! Our salesperson was very nice and helpful.

Their vehicle listings do not match the actual inventory. Spefically, several listed equiped with navigation system, but when called none of the vehicles were so equiped. You cant trust the accuracy of the information provided by them.

Called to check on a car and they said it was available, I was driving down there and half way got a call saying that they had sold the car the night before but that they had some other options. Its bad if you don't even know what you have on the lot.

Bait and switch at it's best. VERY disappointed after receiving a phone call Saturday morning that and SUV we liked online WAS still available. After loading up three kiddos (including a newborn) on a windy and cold day, we drove to Clear Lake Nissan immediately after only to be told that the car we were ready to purchase and made the trip FOR had already been sold. BUT, they could see our family was growing and SURELY there was something else we could find.... High pressure sales tactics and deceit! NO thank you. TOO MANY honest dealerships out there to waste time driving to this one! Please BEWARE! (A very disheartened mommy)

Still workin with them. Brought my own financing but they tried very hard to funnel me through one I their preferred banks. Going against my better judgement, they assured me I'd get a better rate with them. My kids had activities and I said they could try but I was in a hurry an was happy with the financing I brought. 2 hours later, missing my kids events, and them returning with .01% better but a higher payment, I was irritated at minimum. I instructed them to use the financing I brought to which their patronizing reply of "Don't you want to use a REAL bank?" sent me over the edge and I was ready to walk out. I gave them one final have to use my financing and they agreed. Had we done that in the first place it would have taken less than 45 minutes test drive to dive off. We sine the paperwork and I asked for clarification in issuing bank for my loan to which they ensures me it was the lender I brought and showed me that in the paperwork. They again asked if they could continue shopping my rate and I clearly said no, my husband and others present as witness. I undertan that the dealer makes additional monies by using their lenders as the lean holder and it's in their best interest to facilitate the note. I clearly, without question, multiple times stated that they were to use the lender I brought and my change it. This was last Thursday. Yesterday I got a call fro their preferred lender asking for confirmation and payment schedule set up on the loan package that had been submitted by Clear Lake Nissan. Not my lender. After I had left they crossed out my lender and assigned the note to theirs at the same rate and payment. Needless to say we are still working it out and now I can't get a returned call from anyone at the dealership. I have insured the car and my downpayment heck has been cashed. Problem is, I have a lender in my insurance and technically no lender has my note to my knowledge as I informed the lender that called me yesterday that they changed my loan docs without my knowledge. We'll see how this is resolved. More to come. For now, they don't get one star because it requires a selection. It would be less if I had the option as there is not an option for a negative buyer beware rating!
