I contacted them about a vehicle which they stated was available. Gave them my preapproval letter from capital one they said they were on top of it, and were working on it. Called/text/emailed them back the next day after many attempts to get them to give me info or next step to take, and they said the car had sold. I did notice the other reviews before contacting them. I thought I would give them a try willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I didn’t have to.

This dealership provided excellent customer service and was accommodating to my schedule since I work over night and sleep during the day. I had a whole day planned to test drive vehicle I was interested in at various dealerships. I ended up purchasing one prior to making it to this dealership and they were understanding. No complaints here.

Terrible expletive. Salesman knew the vehicle I was looking at was basically being sold but still had me drive over 45mins to the dealership. Once I arrived he (Marcus) didn’t want to come out and sent another sales woman out to basically tell me that the vehicle “JUST” sold! Terrible professionalism!!!!

classic bait and switch. went to see car but they couldn't run my credit because system was down so they say. but wanted me to leave a deposit with no written agreement and come back the next day. we were scheduled to met the following day. the next day he was calling about are scheduled time in witch I agreed to at 4pm. as I texted him about 30 min of our scheduled time I notice he wasn't responding anymore. upon arrival he greets me a states he has great news the car was sold. I was how was that great news. he continues to say I have other pathfinders witch of course much higher in price. horrible experience wont recommend this place to anyone.

Dealt with too many people! It was never clear who I was working with. They would NOT come down 500.00 to make a deal. I talked with several other dealers that were happy to deal and make us a happy customer and someone we will want to go back to in future purchases.

Sales person, did not show up the day we were to pick up the 2017 Altima. We were very disappointed. Also, sales people were not professional at all. I would not recommend this dealership .

Drove two hours to see this car when I was told that it was there and was asked to come that day. I finally get there and the vehicle is on the Service lift. They wouldn’t get it down and I was annoyed that I drove that distance to just look at it. Was told I would get a call the next day when if was ready for a test drive. I never got the call. Three days later, I got a notice that it sold.

Games were played from the very beginning, including asking for a deposit over the phone when I said I’d like to come test drive the car. The next day the salesman never returned my call, so I started with a new salesman. In the end, after agreeing to buy the car and obtaining financing, I asked to see the CarFax which indicated there had been a wreck (the internet ad had said CarFax was clean), so I did not buy the car.

The problem was there were multiple salespersons in the internet sales division. They all communicated a different message as to whether the car I was interested in was still available...this continued up until the hour I could travel to see the car. Consequently I was not the buyer of that car.

Something seemed shady. They couldn’t give me my interest rate or trade in value over the phone. Even a round about number. I was going to drive 5 hours to buy a car so I needed all info prior to getting there. I called Ford and that same day I had all the info I needed. So I’m going buy a ford.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was communicating with Ashley. The price at the time was $17341 which she also stated during our text communication. When I ask about the out of the door price, with tax, title and fees, it would have been $18784,which she also confirmed both on text and phone before I even decided to visit the dealership. Test drove the vehicle Thursday 07/12/2018 with another agent bc she was off and Saturday came, I contacted her again to make sure that the car was a CPO vehicle, out of the door price was still the same and to remind them that the car needs an oil change before I decide to buy bc the last oil change was at 31K and it is now at 36K and for a car to keep the CPO warranty, the oil change needs to be done every 5K miles. When my fiance and I came to the dealership to buy the car that Saturday 7/14/2018, we sat down, she took our info and came back with a paper which states the the out of the door price now has change to $22K plus!!!

A good experience overall. The sales lady Lexus was very helpful in trying to put me in this truck, but under the circumstances I couldn't buy the truck. The only bad thing was I pointed out the tires were wore out and didn't offer to take anything off nor put some on it. I wouldn't drive on them tires very long put that way.

I ended up buying the Jeep from this dealer but only because it was the only one with the features I wanted that I could locate amongst several cities in Texas. I initially spoke with a Marelis on the phone and gave him an offer but he never contacted me back. I then went late the following evening and looked at the Jeep and spoke with an Eddy to which I again gave an offer. Again, never heard back. I then engaged their email interface with a Cindy that never seemed to actually read my messages and was likely just a bot. I engaged their chat system and spoke with an Ashley who finally engaged a manager about my offer but didn't inform me of the rejection until two days later. No counter offer or follow up by ANY of these people. After working with my credit union and increasing my down payment I took it upon myself to go to the dealership and grab just the next random salesperson to make a final increased offer which they accepted. This was the LEAST aggressive and communicative dealership I have ever worked with. Never thought it would be a challenge to get a car dealership to take my money. (SHRUG)

This car buying experience was exceptional, especially because this was my first auto loan. I contacted the dealership and they immediately responded to my request for information. They were professional and very courteous while keeping me informed as to all the necessary paperwork I would need before I left home. I was in route to the dealership from San Antonio that same day and left with the car of my dreams. I couldn't be happier with this experience. I will continue to do business with them in the future as long as this level of customer service stays great.

After working with them for two days over the phone, we finally came to the terms that were acceptable to both of us and what did they do...they bait and switched me. However, since I drove an hour and a half and did not realize that two of the main features were not on the vehicle, I went ahead and signed. Worst dealership ever...do not trust these people.

They are great! I called late in the evening to their internet sales and talked with a lady that was very professional. She called back at the appointed time the next day. My wife and I discussed a time to go to the dealership and we cannot go in a timely manner because of other obligations we have. When we can go, we will check David McDavid Nissan of Houston. David McDavid personnel have been professional and fair.

Salesman kind of rude. I was excited to buy this car with cash but of course when I got there it was sold. Sold ? That quickly. The the salesman suggested another car explain it was a different make and would cost 12000.00. He knew Mt limit was 5500 to 6000. Why would he try to sell me a car for twice as much. I've been there twice and the same thing happened. So no not happy. Needed help finding a car and all I got was lies. Can't you just help people get the car they want? Instead of luring you there under false pretenses. Come to think of it. You don't even deserve 1 star. I will not be recommending your dealership to anyone. But I will tell the truth.

This is just another bait and switch dealership. I contacted them about two vehicles I wanted to test drive and asked if they were still available. I was told they they were there and they even assured me the cars would be waiting for me when I arrived. As soon as I got there I found out that the person I spoke with on the phone didn't even check for the vehicles and that they were already sold. The other vehicles they tried selling me were overpriced and when I told the salesman this , he acted offended. I will never do business with this company. They are unprofessional and wasted 2hrs of my time.

After contacting the dealership and sending a few emails back and forth with a salesman, I looked online at the vehicle a few days later and noticed that the price had been raised. I expected that after Hurricane Harvey, dealerships in the area would be more inclined to HELP people, not price gouge them. I will never shop at this dealership. As a hairstylist, I see everyone and I have notified all of my clients about this as well.

I was contacted by the internet manager who was pleasant enough and we agreed in would visit the dealer to get the "best price". I wanted to be sure they had the exact vehicle since they are over an hour drive away. I was cantacws in the morning by the manager and I called after lunch when I was on my way. Everything was good. When we got to the dealer the manager passed me over to a salesman. He was not as good. We were then told the car had "already been sold" but he could find me another one. The price now being quoted was several thousand dollars more. I was not happy since I had just driven 1.5 hours to get there. He insisted I speak to the sales manager before leaving. We waited 5 minutes with no contact so we left. I email the internet manager who said the car was not sold and probably still there. Later we were told it was at a rental car place. Overall this was a very unpleasant experience. Did not appreciate not being told the car was not available before the drive. Did. Or have a good vibe with the sales guy. Will never buy a car here and will not recommend them. I eventually got a better deal at a closer dealer. Very happy with that experience.

Very responsive...well, kind of responsive. Initial contact was quick, perhaps due to automated messaging. When I asked a question via email, however, the response wasn't so quick. I eventually got my answer. One of the 3 sales personnel took initiative. The vehicle sold (apparently) before I could get down there; just as well---Harvey.

Awful experience!! Went there and they had "supposedly" sold the 3 other used cars I had inquired about. I also heard another woman say that she had just talked to them earlier in the day about another car and when she came in it was sold. I left there and bought a brand new car.

Was a normal but not pleasant experience, too much time to closevdeal and several konths to get what was agreed from beginning, a CPO warranty. But good point they were open to negotiation.

I fill out application online, that was sent by representative. Was told I was approved for car...I also had trade in proved VIN to representative. Got there sat 2 hours with representative review my info and getting trade in appraised...only to sit another 1.5, to be told I need more that $4000 down. I was highly upset.

The experience was going fine until the salesperson Jefrey stopped replying my SMS. I was in continous communication with him, but did not reply when needed. Another salesperson as well didn't reply my emails. It seems that they thought I was not a serious buyer and didn't take care of me. I found out that the vehicle was sold, because I called the dealership on my way there. I even sent SMS and emails to let them know I was coming and never got a message from them. Bad experience with these two people.

Inaccurate availability with Internet sales making their statements suspicious. Feel they try to just get you at their dealership by not giving a true availability.
