I purchased the vehicle from the dealership but the vehicle was priced higher (12,370.00) then the advertised price. When asked why a price difference, it was said the cost of new tires were added into the cost. Also, I went in with a pre approval and an ideal of how long I wanted to finance the vehicle for and that was not taken into consideration. Overall, I feel as though the finance assistance made an already stressful situation worse.

Had a great experience. The sales representative reach out to me quickly and scheduled an appointment convenient for my time. Once I arrived at the dealership the car I was interested in was parked up front. Overall we had a positive experience and will recommend visiting Fed Haas.

Made it a very easy, comfortable buying experience. The internet sales manager, Erick Doerr, was excellent: just what I wanted - no pushiness, no anxiousness or pressure, just genuine and professional service. I was in and out within a couple hours with the truck I wanted. I will recommend this Nissan dealership, and Erick specifically, to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll visit them again for sure.

Very polite & professional. made unscheduled trip to look at vehicle I've been watching for week and a half....was just sold! Kept watching the same vehicle for another week wasn't removed until after I called asking why is it still posted for sale online.

Too busy to provide info in a timely manner... made an offer and after being told hold on for a moment, more than 3 hours later informed me there was another buyer but if the deal fell thru I could put a deposit down???? Didn’t hear from them until 22 hours later told me vehicle was still available but now a couple more buyers were interested. Wow.

They were great when we arrived. Waited an hr for them to bring the vehicle up to see and test drive. Sent us off with it a couple days. Vehicle had some engine problem, blowing white exhaust. We returned it for inspection and no one contacted me about it for a couple days. I had to call each time. They were not willing to make repair/clean so we decided not to buy it. We were told our retainer would be refunded and i have been waiting for 2 weeks contacting them every few days. The orginal salesmen and preowned director were not answering my calls but sending me to voicemail. I had to call back to speak to a dealership manager. Still waiting for the retainer return. We will not be shopping with them in the future

Wow! I am so very pleased with the 5-Star service that we received at Fred Haas Nissan while purchasing our new family vehicle. Our salesman, Mark Proctor, was absolutely amazing. From the moment I requested information online to the moment we drove home with our beautiful new family vehicle, Mark was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. 4 non matching tires for this price. Bumper was in a bad condition. No maintenance history on carfax, not even oil change. When I asked this, they said carfax is garbage. Only reason for 2 star is they call me later to say their sorry. Guess what? After they sold it to somebody and after I already bought a van.

150% worth the 3 hour drive to pick up my new vehicle. Marcos Pacheco was one of the most genuine and helpful representatives you could ask for when inquiring about a 6 figure car. From the first quick email response right up to the early morning text messages and follow up phone calls, he produced professional and prompt answers to all of my questions. I would highly recommend getting a hold of him to conduct your future car buying needs. Very reasonable and he was able to get me out of a 2014 Nissan Versa (Scraping the bottom of the barrel) and put me into a 2017 Nissan GTR Premium (Top of the line on the lot).

The online chat people gave false vehicle info. Then I was called back after a few DAYS. Convinced to come take a test drive and agreed to come right now. Just as an after thought I confirm a spec on the vehicle. Then they ask if I'm just interested in that specific vehicle or others. I tell them make a series but not model (3 series merc). She then says they may have sold it and will call back. So basically they are slow to call back. They lie. They will make you to drive 120 miles to look at a car they don't have in order to sell you something you don't want.

They lied about getting everything they said they would. In a sense they basically sugar coated the deal. The only thing they were worried about was making the sale not customer satisfaction.
