They never followed up with me in the ways they said they would. Like never calling me back when they said. Never gave a trade in quote when they said they would. Always lame personal excuses like the GM had to leave and pay traffic tickets? And he was going to workpieces my quote after hours? Unprofessional! Looking for the quick and easy deal.

Car had safety issues that were not fixed before listing for sale. Said had financing then told no. Answers to questions changed frequently. Salesman was very pushy and repeatedly (back to back) called my phone without leaving a message.

They didn’t even contact me back after I sent my inquiry, after literal days, so I had to call them about my status and they said the reason was because they wanted a bigger down payment, for a $9,000 car
