Terrible at contacting me. Only communicated via “text” and took over 24 hrs to get back to one message. Never sent me my credit report as allowed whenever a hard inquiry is run. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

They used intimidation and had no desire discussing any price change after dropping the price of my trade in after assurance. I bought the truck anyway, but I did not enjoy most the experience. Car salesman Tim was great with most assistance.

It's a nice car and it was a nice deal also but the car was sold as is also, but the only problem was that they sold batteries inside the place and they never replace the battery that's inside the toyota that's corroded with acid around the ground terminal and the battery already need to be replaced. I just got the car not even a week ago. If you had batteries inside the place than y'all could have at least did that before selling the car.
