Poor ethics. It was a bait and switch tactic. They listed the car for $27,500 online Within 20 minutes of arriving there tried to raise the price to $31,000+. Gave the excuse that the online price is the baseline price but not likely what they can sell it for. Don’t waste your time with these people unless you’re truly desperate. That’s what they’re banking on (that was a pun).

Dawn did a very nice job. Even though I spent 3 days trying to get them to lower the price, they never budged. I ultimately traveled 3 hours to purchased the vehicle for more than I wanted to spend but I’m happy I did. It truly is everything I wanted and more. They are very professional.

Salesman did not know even know which model was which and when we got in to test drive, it was the wrong key. After 30 min of trying to be sold a financing deal, still couldn’t test drive. He went back to get the right key, came back, and it still wasn’t the right one. Awful awful dealer. Unprepared, unprofessional, & uncaring.

Chris Lindsey worked so hard to help me. Though we didn’t get a vehicle because of my negative equity I left with a plan on how to fix this and come back in a few months.

BUYERS beware at all costs. Do NOT try and purchase a vehicle unless you can visit the actual dealership! Even then I would not advise. They were completely unprofessional and tried not to divulge information on a used vehicle. General Manager Chris dodges emails and screens phone calls. Sales person Elizabeth gave me the run around. Place deserves negative stars !
