Overall, owners consistently praise the Toyota 4Runner for its reliability, off-road capabilities, and comfort across all model years. Many drivers appreciate its spacious interior and robust performance, making it a popular choice for families and adventurous driving alike. However, poor fuel economy and the lack of modern features are common concerns among owners. Despite these drawbacks, the 4Runner's long-term durability and high resale value are often highlighted as key advantages.

What people say
The ORP pkg had all the options I wanted and had low miles as well. Comfort, convenience and even the color I preferred. The engine has a history of reliability and it should hold its value over time.
Reliable, feature dense and retains value. Driving experience is great across the board.
Great ride, lots of power, good looking vehicle. Get lots of compliments
Stepped up from a 2020 Tacoma TRD to the 2024 4Runner TRD premium. Very roomy, nice all around aesthetics. Rides way better than my Tacoma did. Heated seats, and blind spot monitoring are a plus. Back up camera is really, really much better than the one that I had in the Tacoma. Gas mileage not too bad for my usual commute from gym to work. I did spend a tad more fueling up but, overall still getting about the same distance as before in the Tacoma. Huge! Difference in the throttle response of the 4-Runner compared to my Tacoma. I despised the lag, and catch up the Tacoma had when slowing my speed and then having to give it the gas. The 4 Runner is a little slower to gain speed but definitely do not miss the lag. Overall I would recommend to just get the dang 4-Runner. You will not regret it!
It was time to trade our 2017 Kia Sportage and the 4-Runner seemed to be the best choice for us. We are very pleased with the vehicle and it will meet our needs for a long time. The power is very good and the ride is smooth and the handling is great. Very happy with this purchase.
