Mike is a HORRIBLE SALESMAN. He was very unprofessional.. Instead of coming into the dealership to discuss my options he wanted to do business through texting.He wanted me to send check stubs in a text message to his personal phone,Mike ran my credit with thirteen different banks/institutions without my permission to run it with that many banks/institutions. He also asked that i make a $3,500 down payment. Which was ludicrous..

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. The account department staff was so unfriendly. I asked that the documents I signed be printed for me, they declined and insisted on giving me a flash drive. When I got home the flash drive was blank. I was not shown a lot of things about the car and how to operate or set a lot of things. Even when I went back I still was not happy with the treatment I received.

Worst salesman service given. Aggressive tactics, literally did the good cop bad cop routine, and hidden fees not listed on sticker price. $1000 markup on used cars just because they can. Nightmare to negotiate the fees that you shouldn’t pay off so we just left.

I called to ask about a certain car at 2:30 and by 3:30 they has everything taken care of and paperwork done with the car pulled and on hold for me to come get the next day. All I had to do was show up the following day and sign some paperwork and leave with my car. Oni was super helpful and made the process EASY.

vehicle was more expensive in person than it was online. ended up paying 8,000 more than price listed. car is in pretty good shape but cosmetically it has alot of issues and the online price reflected that, what i ended up paying does not.

Drive 7 hrs after speaking no less then 5 different occasions with someone to verify before the long drive . Once there the truck was $11,000.00 more then the advertised price . The salesmen said it had to do with Texas law , and e pricing . Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.

The same day I contacted I got the car. They just got it traded in but they offered to give me new tires and a new battery! Definitely a good place for a reliable car, but they do try to get more money out of you, which is a given from a dealership. Overall, definitely a place I would go to again!!

The price listed online is NOT the price you’ll find when you arrive at the dealership. I was looking at a Toyota Camry priced at 13.7k, and when I arrived they added “2.6k” worth of accessories to the car that they don’t list online. I asked to do business with them based on the price they had online, and they would not. Don’t waste your time going out there unless you wish to pay for overpriced accessories.
