New Honda CR-V Hybrid for Sale in Tyler, TX

Overall this was a positive experience. The staff that I dealt with were friendly and competent. I initially went to the dealership just to do a test drive of a car I was interested in. However, I was impressed by the dealership and staff and made the decision to purchase the car.

Everyone at this dealership was helpful in terms of answering questions, resolving concerns, and working to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

I am probably going to purchase from this dealer they are super helpful, but really wish they would not push so much after market stuff

I am dealing with them because I love the car, so far Patricia is the one who help me is pretty helpful. I pay the deposit and they have not even debit my account and take the car off the market. So far I am satisfied. I just don't understand what is the different that I pay by my debit card, credit card and wire transfer. Hopefully the whole transaction should be done next week.

I was ready to purchase, but when I got to dealer, there was pretty bad cosmetic damage to the front quarter panel that was not disclosed. It appeared that the car had hit something minor. Also, more scratches than would be normal on the rest of the car.

They gave me the adjusted sale price which was over $2000 more then price they have it listed for on your site. This does not include the $1200 they would need because I was out of state or the 500 docking fee. This style of selling they used does not deserve even one star.

Unable to come together on purchase. They had hoped to sell a vehicle unsafe to drive with bad axle and transfer case needing repair/replacement for full boat retail. Believe they than wholesaled vehicle out likely without disclosure of the work needed

Very friendly staff but auto did not have some of the features listed on the internet, mistakes happen.

They stayed in touch with me. Good place, BUT when I went to sign the paper work, the truck I was interested in, needed a/c fixed. It was not fixed, I left there after driving an hour and a half to get there. Be a good place to buy from if you live close

Honda of Rockwall was an excellent dealer. They replied very quickly and I was very impressed with Ron Howard as the salesperson. He made sure that there was no question unanswered and there was nothing to big for him to be able to get me as a customer. I live 500 miles away from the dealership but that didn’t stop him working for my business and getting it.

I had emailed a request for information regarding this vehicle. Although it was after hours, I received an email containing the information I had requested.

Great car. Young salesman Justin was very pushy and arrogant. There is no good reason to put down neighboring dealers products, you need to outshine, not criticize. Lastly Jim the elder salesman was terrific. The better buy for me at the end of the day, just wasn't a Honda.

Dealership was communicative but they lack transparency in their pricing. Prices change after a planned visit.

The same day I contacted I got the car. They just got it traded in but they offered to give me new tires and a new battery! Definitely a good place for a reliable car, but they do try to get more money out of you, which is a given from a dealership. Overall, definitely a place I would go to again!!

Dealer add ons increased the advertised price of the car. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
