Salesman I first spoke to was not helpful but I was assigned a different one and did purchase the truck. Finance man was very quick and thorough and made sure I understood everything!!

Overall this was a positive experience. The staff that I dealt with were friendly and competent. I initially went to the dealership just to do a test drive of a car I was interested in. However, I was impressed by the dealership and staff and made the decision to purchase the car.

Everyone at this dealership was helpful in terms of answering questions, resolving concerns, and working to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

I am dealing with them because I love the car, so far Patricia is the one who help me is pretty helpful. I pay the deposit and they have not even debit my account and take the car off the market. So far I am satisfied. I just don't understand what is the different that I pay by my debit card, credit card and wire transfer. Hopefully the whole transaction should be done next week.

Good but to much

I was contacted by the sales manager. No sales person ever contacted me. The sales manager was in touch several times, but I did not get the information I requested from this dealership.

Told me price was 35995 then offered $2k ‘discount’ to $33995, which was price listed on car gurus. Then denied this was true. Car also reported no damage but car fax report states there is damage. Would not decrease price for this either.

It was a very nice 2005 highlander promised to another buyer and I was told that up front I was still able to go and see it in person since I live 12 minutes away I had full access to it and started the engine I wasn’t able to purchase this one but I hope when I do purchase it will be from round rock honda

Did not end up purchasing, but excellent experience

We had a great experience at Honda of Weatherford, there was no pressure, our sales man was more then willing to show us what I wanted and not trying to sell me something I didn’t want! I have never had that pressure free sales before. I walked out with the car I wanted. We are planning our next visit this coming weekend to buy maybe 2 more cars.

I went to look at a car listed on this sight after contacting them about that specific car. I arrived they said it was sold which I understood. I was surprised when I got an email inquiring about the car from this site so I check Honda of Weatherford and it is still listed in their inventory with a different price.
