“Great little suv”

This car does the job. It has plenty of leg room and will get you down the road quite easily. I am very satisfied with the vehicle overall. I just wish the gas milage was somewhat better. it averages about 22 mpg.

They contacted me and I made an appointment to see the vehicle the very next day. Not even by the following afternoon they emailed me to say that it was sold. What makes me very irritated is that a couple days later and even now their Canton location shows it for sale on their website. Believe me I stopped in to see what's going on. They told me that it was sold. First, supposedly it sold at Amherst location and regardless it should not still be listed if it was sold unless this is their practice of luring customers. I no longer trust them.

One of the worst car shopping experiences of my life. This dealership did not want to do business with me for a reason that I haven't yet figured out. They told me I would have to buy the car I came to evaluate first and then I could test drive it. Obviously a ridiculous statement on their part. Of course I left after having been insulted in that manner. Over a 2 hour round trip and 130 miles to visit this dealership. I will be filing a formal complaint with Ford about my experience. Of two sales people I emailed after my visit, neither responded to my comments. Rating this 1 star doesn't really describe the awful experience. Would highly recommend caution when dealing with this dealership

My husband asked if he could put A deposit down on the car, at first he was told yes but then the manager said no. I left work early and made the 45 min trip to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was informed that someone else was also interested in the car and that whoever made it through financing first got to purchase the car. Needless to say the other person won. It's obvious that this dealership does not go above and beyond for their customers and they are consumed by greed which was proven when they could not wait a measly 2 hours for me to get there to purchase the vehicle. Shame on you Spitzer!

I ended up buying the SUV I was interested in. The salesperson Vicki was very helpful in answering all my questions and in getting some minor brake work done on the vehicle after a test drive. The service department adjusted the brakes and there are no issues now. I got an acceptable amount for my trade in and credit approval was quick. I have no complaints and recommend Loudon Ford.

Contact by email Hard sales tactics. The sales rep does nothing but try and get you to the dealership, once there you sit around for hours. The value of your trade in is based on black book values, and the used car is based on excellent condition of KBB values. Its a old scam, they maximize the profits, they could care less about the customer. Do not let them retain your car keys, its a tactic to keep you there even longer. The sales rep will run back and forth numerous times, always remember...he/ she works for the dealer, not you. Make sure you check prices, the price listed online was not the price at the dealership. The old bait and switch tactic. Buyer be ware, and remember, you can always just walk away. Good luck
