Completely ridicules' ,,I had a VIP appointment last Wed. for 10:45am which was scheduled the day before and I am a hour and half away I get there and some Dave meets me says they sold it the day before , then Cassey calls me about 1/2 hr later and asks if they are taking care of me ? I shared story with him he apologized and guess what that truck still is on cargurus today ? I don't think they ever had that truck its a scam

They didn't even have the car that we came to look at even when I asked if they still had it and they told me yes . I did not like the dealer dealt with while there. He was rude. We ended us walking out and went somewhere else and got a great deal!

The Mike Bass Ford dealership responded to my inquiry promptly, Kayla (internet contact) was knowledgeable and accommodating. Kris (sales associate) was welcoming and knowledgeable also. The information about the car was accurate and there was no pressure to make a purchase. My experience was a positive one and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

The sales rep was great, but after a week of purchasing the car, it still need a full detailing of the car. The picture in the add was not the actual car. The people were nice, but the car is satisfactory.

They do a very good job of taking care of customers questions and requests! They are a busy place so u have to call them back the next day if u want your information faster but honestly I had a lot to ask of them !! that's the worst thing I've had to deal with .so that's not such a big deal. Most places don't even call you back!! These guys are professionals!!!

The vehicle was put out online with tires that would not pass the road inspection !! I was interested in the vehicle but thought about it with me having to tell them the vehicle needs tires a lightbulb went off telling me what else did they push aside thank you for your help though

I found undisclosed damage to the vehicle during inspection. The salesperson and manager used high pressure sales tactics. Overall unpleasant experience; I recommend shopping elsewhere!

Franco was awesome. They got me into the car i wanted. They even gave me a 30 day trial of serius/xm. Super cool.

So far they have been great, contacted me right back. Called me and set up an appointment for later today. Very friendly
