Lots of emails and late night calls. Listing had no detail and price. When I received both, I stated I wasn't interested. But salesman continued to bother me, and tell me how great of a deal the truck was. That's probably great, but was higher than I was seeing in the market, and it didn't fit my needs

Sean Osborn finance manager and his sales team really took care of me. Couldn’t have made my purchase options more easier. Loved the customer service I got. Very nice people to work with. Sean had everything ready for me same day, just needed to show up and sign. Now this is the way I love to purchase vehicles. In and out !! Thank Sean and Ty to my sales person too.

Good Level of attention by the salesperson but they allowed another salesperson to sell the vehicle days after the deal was made. Literally didn’t even give me the opportunity to send a deposit....bad deal!

Overall a great experience, only issue was the online price went up almost $800 overnight, even though they swear it was the same price since they put it online... I saw this truck on two separate websites and it was the lower price, but they were adamant it was The same all along... Otherwise, a very good experience!!!

I went to this dealership and the salesman, Vlad, was very good and informative about the vehicle. I explained to him that I had set up test drives with two other dealers. He understood and stated that he will wait for my decision.

The Vehicle they listed never even existed as far as I know. I drive several hours to look at it & they bring some other vehicle out for me & had removed their original listing from cargurus. I would beware of these kind of tactics & incompetent sales reps.

Chase, Jose and Luis were easy to work with and made the whole process easy! I had to drive from Austin to Irving to pick up the vehicle and they made sure everything was lined up and in order before I arrive to pick it up. They even filled the car with gas and detailed it for me! Next time I need a vehicle I will definitely be shopping with Westway Ford!

I was ready to make the purchase and asked for the drive out price. I am compromised health wise and didn’t want to spend several hours in the dealership. The internet department department didn’t seem interested in selling the car. I never received the information requested after several e-mails and phone calls. I finally gave up.

Yes, westway ford contacted me and they were very professional and Sincere about my needs. I told these people that I needed more time and I was about to get a medical treatment done. I told them I will keep in touch.

Sales team responded on inquiry quickly. They were persistent in followup. Cannot speak to buying process as did not purchase vehicle. 3 stars meaning fine service, 5 stars would be given only if I had purchased a vehicle and overall service (tested fairly, pricing was fair, negotiation etc) was upstanding.

Dealer was in contact with me then stopped and sold the car without notifying me. They lost me as a customer.

Typical car dealers, they advertised the truck for one price and right out the gate on discussing what kind of deal they could give me raised the price $2,290. Good-bye!!!

2 stars because they were very quick to respond to my first inquiry. Unfortunately, they had me drive an hour to their dealership for a truck they aren’t selling...? Then they never call back when they say they will. Trying to find a truck here was a waste of time.

They were very accommodating. I need to do more research before I would be ready to purchase. It's understandable they wouldn't have all the answers, as this is not their brand. I still could buy this car, if available when I'm ready.

Called to ask if truck was still available. The man told me yes and if I wanted to schedule a test drive. I said yes and told him I was 250 miles away and willing to travel right now. After that he changed his tone and told me he was going to put his hand on the truck and then call me back just to make sure the truck was still there. That was on Saturday Feb.27,2021 He never called me back, I called back Monday March 1,2021 and was told it was sold.

Easy to work with. Was pre-approved when I went to the dealer so the whole transaction was very quick after I decided to purchase.

Made appointment; had to cancel. Over weekend price increased from 19,535 to 23,611. Found to be unusual, so I am not sure that I can feel comfortable trying to do business with them.
