Good Level of attention by the salesperson but they allowed another salesperson to sell the vehicle days after the deal was made. Literally didn’t even give me the opportunity to send a deposit....bad deal!

Mark G informed me the car was available and I told him I was on my way. He again said he was on his way (be there in a few minutes) while I was in the showroom. After minutes of waiting for him, I ask again and then he comes out to say the car is not available. No phone call, no text. All he said was, “I’m sorry”. Not cool, I drove quite a distance to get there without even a courtesy call from him.

If you go here ask for Edward. He was really busy but still had time to help me out and get me in my truck. Stayed in contact with me and even replaced my windshield for me. I even had my dog with me and they let him come in and wait along side me . Customer service was great, my experience here was the total opposite of Previous dealerships.

We agreed upon a price and terms. I was packed and leaving for the the four hour trip from south Texas. The salesman called me and said the truck was being sold to another buyer. I asked him about the deal that we had and he said they could not good vehicles. I should have been told that up front before leaving. I recieved a phone call the next day telling me that the deal didnt go through. Do you honestly think I would buy a vehicle after they did that? Very unethical!!!

Called the dealer about the car. 30 minutes later we arrived to test drive and they had pulled it under the cover to get out of the rain. Negotiations were quick and easy. Their price was good and they gave us a very good price on our trade. This was the quickest vehicle purchase transaction we have ever done. We were out with with the vehicle in under two hours.

I made an appointment with a sales person, by the time I got there the car was sold.

They were very to happy to set up an appointment, for me to come to the dealership, and even though the vehicle was in there position for close to 80 days by the time I saw it, they not once mentioned that the vehicles engine was completely broken from the 2nd day they had it. I’m at very unhappy with the service and the lack of professionalism at Leif Johnson Ford

I contacted dealership to schedule a time to see vehicle, once I arrived the customer service experience was terrible. The sales person said he had to locate keys and after waiting for 30 minutes without any word from the salesperson we left. Other salesman were just standing around but none were helpful. Terrible experience would not recommend. I never received an apology from salesman even though he had my contact information.

Expressed much interest in vehicle. It was a sponsored search out my area so I wanted to meet at spot between cities (3 hr drive). I have bought multiple vehicles meeting and signing for like that. They said no, didn’t offer to bring it up to my location either. Obviously they weren’t trying to do business , just sit back.

While I did not make a purchase. The staff responded to my requests in a timely, professional and extremely friendly manner. I will seek them out next time I am ready to purchase a vehicle.
