Worked with dealer for couple weeks over phone and email. Never could get numbers straight. Had to many additional fees added on to price. Finally got all unnecessary fees off, but by that time vehicle was sold. They seem to have awesome vehicles, but very high volume dealer.

Although I did not get to purchase this vehicle, Dean, at Driver's Select, made this a very easy process. Had the car not sold two days before the expected purchase, I would have been able to literally drive to the lot to pick the car up without the typical admin headache and pushy sales pitches. I will definitely keep them at the top of the list in my continued search to find the perfect vehicle at the perfect price.

This is a great place to buy a car..they have a great selection and very reasonable pricing! Great Customer service is definitely their main priority. I had a wonderful experience, Charles McCormick was very helpful with the process and very cheerful which made the process easy and pleasant! Drove out to see a very low mile Lexus. Told it was gone when I got there and they tried showing me other cars. The cars they showed looked liked they were lived in. The original car we looked at remained on website for a couple of Days. Apparently they are baiting with unbelievable deals and switching when you arrive. Sales person was wearing cargo shorts and a neon tee shirt. Sales people are usually a reflection of the company they work for. Funny how the used Lexus at the Lexus dealers are so much cleaner and well maintained. Also sales people don’t look homeless at the Lexus dealers

Test drove several vehivles and finally found me one vehicle me and my wife really like.. buying process was straight fwd and no games.. no add on that was added like other dealers.. purchase was all done within an hour.. great experience with driver select.. will buy from them again

NATALIE will put all the add on without even asking you. BUYER BEWARE. Then ask her to remove it after I purchased the car. No reply. Email, txt, and I call the dealership. Had to go there the next wk to get it done what a waste of time. Still haven't heard back from her. And it's well over 2 weeks now

He's friendly from the moment you meet him to the end and after a deal he sends you this warm email to follow up. Had to wait on my sales person who had to step out a few minutes before our appointment time. He did try to call prior to my arrival but had the incorrect phone number. Meanwhile, someone else testdrove and purchased the vehicle while I was waiting and completing paperwork. I guess it wasn't for me.

Bad experience with this dealership. You don't run a customers credit multiple times, only to turn around and sell to a different buyer thereby hurting a customers credit. I wouldn't add a star if i was permitted. I got my car from another dealership that knows how to do business with customers.

Wonderful on the phone before I could come to Dallas. At the actual dealership it was all about volume selling. I think Lilia was juggling a lot at once and it seems like she got frustrated when I wanted to see my financing options. Overall it must’ve been ok because I bought the car.

Nicholas S. responded to us & was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the experience. Not impressed with the available financing options and the way that it's made not feasible to use your own financing. We bought cash & got a really good deal. Driverselect was AMAZING! I worked with Stephen mostly, who was incredibly helpful and not in any way pushy. Their whole team was a joy to work with as well, and made the car-buying process fun and seamless. You can tell good hospitality and a heightened level of service is important. I felt valued as a customer and got a great deal on the exact vehicle I was looking for. This review isn't about the salesman that attempted to sell me a car today (He was kind, friendly and helpful). It's about the method they tried to use to capture my sales. I know they take pride in saying they are "transparent". But I would argue they where not today. In short, they offered me a great deal on my trade-in and a competitive % rate on financing and monthly payment. Where they lost me was compelling me to buy their Gap and Service contracts and making the purchase of those two products compulsory and required for the deal we arranged to work). Their service contract was $1690 more than my credit union. Gap $345 more than my credit union which equals = $2035 in total more than my Credit Union. I understand everyone needs to make a living but, I was NOT informed that my whole entire "deal" was a "No Go" IF I didn't go with their finance dept AND the purchase of those two products. I was there for 3hrs.....! talking, waiting, figuring etc etc. I give them 2 stars for the nice and pleasant salesman Greg. But, they Loose out on the last 3 stars because they were NOT transparent about what would make or break the deal. In the end I said I wanted to finance with my credit union because of the lower rates on Gap & Service and Greg said his boss said the whole deal is off then. Sooo they pretty much proved them selves to be just another car sales company that isn't as transparent as they "claim" to be. Ha...!!!

I am responding to let you know that your co-worker Chris, who was very rude and condescending, has left me not wanting to do business with your establishment. According to Chris there is no option for negotiations on price and he stated "we discourage you in using your own financial institution as we do not deal with the bank drafts. If you bring a cashiers check or money order then that is ok but I doubt we would be able to match your stated intrest rate of 2.7% if you used our financing options." I will not do business with a company who employs and condones such horrible behavior.

called DS to test drive/purchase a great deal. They took my financing info over the phone then didnt call back. Called the next morning to follow up before I drove to see the car ( I lie 2 hours away). They said if I started driving that way, they would have my rate ready by the time I got there to see the car. Got 1/2 way to Dallas and they called to tell me they sold the car earlier that morning. Wound up going to another dealership, spent more but got a good car. I recommend OVER COMMUNICATING if you use driver select.

It was Saturday afternoon late afternoon, when we went and test drove a car that we liked.and ready to buy it. We sat down with the salesman where he goes upstairs speaks with his manager comes down with the paperwork where they want to sell you some sort of warranty for over $2500 and also to set up a financing which I told him I was not interested in financing with them. So to make a long story short since bank was closed on Saturday I told him I’d bring them the money on Monday morning. The car has been there for about a month and what are the chances that the car would be sold between Saturday evening and Monday morning and the dealership is closed on Sunday. So we agreed that We would meet on Monday at about 10 AM in the morning and they said OK and that I would bring in the money at that time. Guess what, the salesman called me at 9:30 AM on Monday morning to tell me that the car was sold. .....well

Professional? Yes but dissatified after given full details of my credit history and income. They still did a hard pull inquiry on my credit; In adddition, I was told that I was approved for a vehicle despite of my credit, yet I was lied to because I needed now a co-signer. I'm very dissappointed because I was upfront about my credit report but didn't get the honesty back. Now I have another inquiry on my credit report with NO vehicle!

If a customer does have their own financing, they must come with a cashier's check from their lending institution.  In order to save time and be able to price as low as we do, we don't work with outside lenders unless they've already cut the cashier's check for the final price.  I just wanted to clarify that since you brought it up. I’m so pissed off ,I took off from my work to get there on time because we I had appointment at 5pm but I was there 1 hr earlier and met the sales man and he was like ohhh sorry that car was sold out ,and he’s trying to sell another car which has high price for me .i made 100% sure just day ago he talk in phone and as soon as the price drops they remove the list from website on same date .first time there and worse and worse experience I drove almost 2 hrs to get there.i dint say anything to him but hopefully if someone is coming to see the vehicle at least let them know it’s sold before they head to your place .

I was approved by my bank and wanted to go thru my own lender. After many many many trips to all different lots, we finally decided on a vehicle. Only to then find out about the lender situation. This was a horrible experience. As soon as we closed the deal and drove off the lot we discovered a gas leak . It was obvious as soon as the car was full of gas and parked in a garage for a few hours. This dealer refused to take responsibility and we are having to pay for a new gas tank to be installed (and have been without a vehicle for a week waiting for the part). This is despite alot of promotion about the Dealer Warranty. The dealer's representative that closed the deal with us has not responded to text or phone messages. The service department and management have not only refused to stand by the car and pay for the repair but have made no efforts to help us get it fixed.

Experience was very poor. Sales rep was not available for the appointment so another guy came and gave me some run around and didn't even offer to let me test drive the car i was interested. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you don't have marginal credit and can buy a car from anywhere you want, this is not the place for you. I definitely won't be back.

Great car and price. No haggle. If you know what you want and like their posted price (which is always lower than others) then go see them ready to buy. Not a commission sales experience where you're pushed. I would easily give 5 stars but having an issue getting follow-up from then after the sale. Bought 5 days ago. Have issue with the uconnect software. Can't get salesperson or anyone to take my calls or return my calls. Trying for three days. So the service, post sale, has been frustrating. Hoping I don't have to make a fourth phone call or leave another message or send another email before someone reaches out to reply to my question of, "What do I need to do to get this fixed?"

The first guy I talked to about this car wasn’t much of a salesman but when I dialed back and got Mr Bernard Wilson it all went as smooth as anyone could expect. All in all I talked to Bernard twice by phone a swap a few emails. You just can’t ask for a better man to help you. Once I walked into the dealership I spent maybe a hour and a half and I was gone with everything I needed. They even handled my state sales tax and my tag. Just a excellent experience for me.

My experience was very good. The dealership is very busy. The way it is ran is not like a typical experience so you should not come here anticipating that these people are desperate for your business. They aren't. I picked out the cars I wanted to drive prior to getting to the dealership. It took about an hour for me to get a test drive in my car. The saleman was easy going and not pushy at all. I had to negotiate on my interest rate and feel that I received a fair deal and love my vehicle. I would recommend this to anybody who has a day to spend at the delearship. Do not expect to be in and out that is not realistic.

Hello everyone, I recently purchased this vehicle other then spending 4 hrs at the dealership everything went well. the sale agent was ok .the only issue i had with the $35,000 Yukon, tires were no good. I've only had it 3 weeks one week after having it i discovered the tires were no good and had to buy new ones tires were missing two strips of thread didn't notice the tires at the dealership it was night so dark please check your tires before buying a vehicle there hope this will help you.

DaMeon was my sales person and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very professional, very smooth, and not overly pushy. He understands what and how a customer wants to be treated. There is a very quick turnover rate there on the vehicles they sale so make sure you know what you’re looking for then go with something different...lol... I went in for an SUV and left with an Acura sedan that I love! I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle, mileage and price. The only thing I that I was a little unhappy with was the backend produces. I completely believe in purchasing the gap, the Maintainence package, and dent protection but that is the one area that I expect to negotiate price on as well as how many points they add to my finance charge. But that doesn’t happen.. I don’t mind giving a finance manager a 1% but not 2-2.5%. (i.e. bank charges you an interest rate of 5% the finance manager tacks on another 2-2.5% equaling 7-7.5% interest rate that your charged) so not only is the vehicle prices set but the finance manager doesn’t Negotiate on anything else and that is where he makes his money. Please don’t let that detour you the vehicles are great! DaMeon is fantastic!!

My wife and I's experience started off decent. We were contacted by them when we first reached out to them via the CarGurus website. They were very responsive regarding that initial contact. After that, the difficulties began. We found it inconvenient to schedule a time to view the vehicle. The "CEO" aka Customer Experience Officer or something assigned to us did not work around our schedule. Instead of giving us to someone who could work with us, we decided to take off from work early. When we got there on time, we had to wait 10+ minutes for the guy to show up. There was very little interaction, he went straight into asking who wanted to test drive. He took my license and came back with only one key and stated that was one way they keep their prices competitive. He mumbled about something about a route, which implied that he wasn't coming with us. I thought that was a nice, no pressure tactic. However, when I got in the vehicle that we wanted to see, I almost immediately knew something wasn't quite right. It did NOT have the features my wife and I specifically were looking for. We came to this dealership specifically for the vehicle with those features. What a waste of time! He apologized saying that sometimes the guys letting the vehicles get it wrong. This is bad for business! Ever heard it's the bait and switch tactic? This is exactly what they did. I'll not be doing business with them!

They made us wait for a half of an hour to test drive a car that we had scheduled appointment to see. They also assigned our sales associate to someone else so we were left on our own. We waited thirty more minutes to see a second car and when we test drove it, it had only nine miles to empty in gas tank and smelled strongly of cat urine, as if they hadn't even inspected the car prior to letting customers test drive. We decided not to deal with such a poorly managed outfit, regardless of the lower prices of their vehicles. Yikes.

They took awhile to reply to me online so I went to their Dallas location. The salesman was friendly. I told him I was financed through my credit union and I saw the car online, he said they take cashiers check and he didn’t know how they would receive their money. I thought that would have been between my credit union and their finance department. I did test drive the car but never went through the process to see how our financial institutions would pay. I never had that issue before but I guess they wanted to give me a high interest rate. Clean dealership, friendly staff and the car had the price and mileage I was looking for.

Very unprofessional!. I found this car on CarGurus. It has been on the market for 26 days. I went to the dealer website to make sure the Carfax and price is right. I wanted to schedule an appointment with the dealer for a test drive. This is what happened: The sales representative confirmed the availability of the car at their location during the time of my arrival. He confirmed the Carfax report and the price. We also discussed about financing options and registration. I arrived at the location on time, the looked in their system to locate the car. We took it for a test drive and I showed interest to buy it. During our discussion, another person walked in and said the some one else reserved the car the night before and it's basically sold. This is extremely frustrating. I drove an hour for this. Spend my time on a test drive and now they're saying it's unavailable!!! They should've checked it before making an appointment with a potential client. The manager only responded with "thousand apologies". They wasted so much of my time which I could have invested somewhere else. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I didn't expect this from a good dealer.

The dealership is great. I didn’t get the car I went to the dealership for but I did get that same model with better options for around the same price. We were in and out in about 3 1/2 hours, it would have been faster if they had the car in the lot. Keep in mind that this is not like all the other dealerships, it is very fast pace. When we got there to take a look at the car, it was packed. They had cars coming in and out, overall very busy. So if you see a car you really like, don’t expect it to be there when you get there, unless you give a deposit. Call ahead of time so they have the car you want at the lot when you get there. If you can, ASK FOR HEATHER. She helped me out with my purchase and she was very helpful.

Way too many people standing around and waiting. The place was dirty, trash overflowing, bathrooms dirty and we really felt like we were in a very busy fast food restaurant. The salesperson was too busy to take the test drive with us. They have non negotiable prices and the spirit of the place was take it or leave it, we don’t care one way or the other. Obviously this place sells a lot of cars and the prices were very good, just felt like they didn’t care much about customer service.

We bought a car elsewhere, but we were very impressed with our sales person, Dameon Washington, and DS generally. We were just looking for lower mileage and certified pre-owned status. Would definitely use DS again in the future and recommend it to others.

Yes, they did contact me. The person that worked with me is very good at what he does. I was ready to buy the vehicle but my wife, at the last minute, changed her mind because of the color. She did not want a solid white car. She has had two solid white cars and was sick of the color. Now looking for other colors. If it would not have been for this, I would have been driving this car.

The dealership contacted me regarding the car and I set up a time with a salesperson to look at 2 cars. When we arrived to the dealership there was so much traffic that we were directed to an area to valet your car and I was told that they would valet the car though I needed to tip the valet at the end, which was very disturbing and unheard of. At that point once we walked in there at least 50 people sitting around waiting for cars, I asked what was going on and I was told that to pull up a car to view would take 45 min., due to all the customers. We waited patiently for the car and then we were able to view the car. At that point we decided that we did want to move forward with the car, so we filled out the application and they pulled my credit score which was above normal at 748. But then I was told that my credit was somewhat low and that I could only get 5.9% FINANCING. Which is unheard of for my credit at 791, so we finally moved forward with the paperwork and as we were waiting we asked to view the car again and found after looking at the car more in depth, the car had been wrecked on the front and back bumper with severe damage and a bad paint job to prove it. Then at that point they finally told us that YES the car had been damaged, he asked the manager why they didn't notify us that the car had been in an accident and he said that he didn't think about it...... This facility is a racket, my husband went back to the shop where they lifted the car to determin how bad the wreck was and he said that there were at least 20 plus car back in the shop with there bumpers off trying to fix them. This dealership is not honest with the customers regarding the cars that they sell and then they try to make it look as though you have bad credit to force you to take a higher percentage so that they can make most of their money on financing with them. Please look for a honest dealership that will not lie to your face, this is like being at Sam's or Costco trying to get a car. This is a low end dealership that hustle and bustle the customers.. Extremely disappointed!

Very fast and easy process, no haggling back and forth, only negative is they don't offer drafting as payment so couldn't use my credit union which offered a lower interest rate Than I was given...salesman was friendly but really didn't know anything about the vehicle he was selling me had to use you tube to find out options and functions I didn't know about. Car was pretty clean inside but outside was not washed very well when picked up..

Absolutely amazing experience!!! We had to drive over 3 hours to get to the dealership. Mike had taken the time on the phone setting up the deal to make sure it the experience would be seamless. Everything was ready when we got there. In and out without any issues plus great restaurant next door. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a slick, in/out operation that is geared for someone who walks in with cash. They will take a non-refundable deposit which is hard for a buyer to do without seeing/test driving a car. We had cash in hand and a purchase agreement, we were on our way (5 hour drive), and they sold the car when we were less than an hour away. It was a very frustrating situation. We understand that Driver Select works in a high volume, high turnover model, but unless you live in DFW and can pay cash (virtually sight unseen), then the slight savings is relative; and we would not recommend this dealer.

Not a good experience. I kept getting the run around about the car I wanted to purchase. One time is that “the car has been sold, the next time is ow we have the car you can call me take a lookat it.”So is never the same answer and waste of my time for someone who was very serious about purchasing a car.

It was an easy process, and we got a great deal on a great car! We test drove a couple of cars, completed financing, and drove away with the car in about 3 hours. There was no high pressure sales tactics that you typically experience with car dealerships.

My salesman Frank was great he answered all the questions I had and gave me a deal better then my bank did. The service there is excellent, I do think they can try to get the vehicle to the customers faster once everything is finalized. I recommend frank to everyone who chooses to buy here. They also have a wide selection of cars that are in wonderful condition. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The "no haggle" price is just bull crap. They tack on another $5,000 in dent repair, gap insurance and extended warranty and are relentless in making you take it. You only get one "keyless" key which means you have to spend another $250.00 to get a second key. All things considered it cost me thousands more than the "no haggle" price. Misleading, deceptive, unprofessional. And then they wanted me to drive around with their name advertising on the back of the vehicle, made then take it off. Hated the experience, others should take note the "no haggle" price is plus $5,000 in extra crap. I thought the days of ScotchGuard for a thousand were gone, but it lives on here.

I contacted the dealer in the evening after they had already closed. They emailed me early the next day and gave me some information then we set up a time to talk on the phone. I got my financing worked out and picked up the car the next day! I was in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes, from test drive to paperwork. Very easy and pleasant experience!

I liked the no haggle "take it or leave it" pricing but the multiple add ons took the car out of the range we wanted to pay. On a higher end car it would be a bargain.

Initially when I contacted them, Kenneth helped us, and that didn't go too well because he did not call back when he said he would call and he sometimes forgot to bring out the car that we had asked to test drive. However, after calling and being switched over to Jeff, things went a lot smoother because Jeff called back promptly and helped us choose our vehicle within a matter of two days. This place will get you to see your car quickly if you get one of their good salesmen, which is the majority of them.

I usually hate buying a new car. The experience at the dealership is normally high pressure with slick / shady types that will say anything to sell you something. That experience changed today. Drivers Select made buying a car a wonderful experience (as it should be)! I took care of everything online and speaking with John Shaffer on the phone. Even after we told him we were happy with the interest rate and ready to sign, he asked me if he could try two more places for finance and he found an even lower rate for us. Who does that? They do! My husband dropped by, signed and picked up our new car - we LOVE it! If your looking for a car, call John, he will take care of you!

It was the best car buying experience from driverselect. Steven donaldson has helped me from the begining till then end. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to get me the lowest intrest rate without submiting my profile to many banks. And he hold the car for me till i get all the paper work done. There was some scatch on the car he was able to get it done very professionally and fast . Even couple days after buying the car i was still able to get some of the information regarding the maintenance and he was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone because of the best customer service and best deal on the market ! My 2016 infiniti qx80 was 3k cheaper than the market .

Not a good experience. Took 5 1/2 hours to buy a car with no financing. They want to force you to buy different warranties on the vechicle. Dealer also charges customers their county property tax on the vechicle without disclosing that on the purchase agreement.

I just bought my 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium and looked at DriversSelect due to the simplicity that was advertised. Having never purchased a car new or used before, and knowing that I'm not one for the whole haggling step I would have to go through at a traditional dealer, I was hoping DriversSelect would be true to their claim of offering a simple, primarily from home process. Such was the case and I am very relieved to say so. I worked with Pedro through a combination of email, phone calls, and text messages. He understood my position as a new buyer and explained everything in detail. He was more helpful and pressure-free than I had hoped which meant a lot to me. It's that which sold me more than anything the car had. I can read features and understand what the car does and doesn't have. But knowing Pedro wasn't looking to pressure me into anything I wasn't interested in sealed the deal so a big hats-off to him. I would describe DriversSelect best as; you know what you're going to get. I knew the price of the car and my financing terms before I ever visited the dealership and nothing changed a bit when I got there. And once at the dealership, the whole process wasn't even a couple of hours before I was driving home with a new car. I feel I got a great deal and would feel confident working with Pedro and DriversSelect in the future.

Less than 1 star. Horrible!!!! After making an appointment, the salesperson rescheduled and then cancelled. So I tried to make an appointment with someone else. The guy on the phone actually argued with me because I just wanted to test drive two cars and not fill out their "Fast Pass" financing paperwork before I came in. He actually questioned why I wanted to see two cars that were different. Had he not been so aggressive and argumentative and actually tried to get to know the customer he would have found out that I wanted to drive a newer model of my current car because I was considering it in comparison to something different. Both salespeople I had contact with didn't care about the customer. And apparently everything you read in the reviews about them not wanting to work with outside financing is true. In the end I went to a reputable dealership and had a VERY pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with Driversselect, especially with Ashton Haswell and Chris Scheu. They listen and don't push or rush you. They have a broad selection of clean, low-mileage vehicles. The vehicles are fairly priced and they do not negotiate price. I will tell my friends and I will return, should I need another vehicle. Give them a visit if you need a like-new vehicle. You won't regret it.

i had a preapproved loan DriversSelect was one of the dealers available to pick from according to my finance company. Once I turned down the overpriced extended warranty, I was hustled out of the dealership with the sales guy stating we don't work with your finance company. he wouldn't even tell me this face to face he sat upstairs and called me on my cell phone to let me know that I needed to leave and that he understood that I wouldn't be back.

Be very, very vigilant when looking at price listed on website & ALL the fees they add in when you get to the dealership. They have a $250 cleaning fee, $499 dent protection, accessories (never got a clear answer on this one!) $758, gap insurance $799.... The sale price ended up being $2306 over list price. They basically told me I was stupid for not wanting the car. Their interest was 4% over what we got elsewhere with the same credit (and our credit is categorized as excellent). This place has beautifully maintained cars, but I would not deal with them if my life depended on it.

Courteous and easy to deal with. Even though I didn't go with them in the end they didn't call or email a zillion times hounding me to buy like some dealers. Seemed straightforward and happy to help if the could.

Simple, no haggle, cars look better in person than photo! Until someone can slim line the paperwork process, I can't give out a five!
