Called to confirm availability, and they said they'd have the car up front when I arrived. A half hour later when I got there, a person told me that the car was sold the previous night. Then later in the visit, another person told me that it was sold the previous week. Obviously not a reputable place.

I traveled many hours to see a 'one owner used Prius'. I drove the car. Nice vehicle. THEN, I learned the "one owner" was the dealership which had used it as a 'loaner' car for over a year putting many miles on the car by different drivers. This was a FLEET car, not a 'single owner' vehicle. I was pressured into leaving a deposit and filling out a Toyota credit app, though I had not decided to finance yet. Poor customer relations - disrespectful to me - as a single woman. Toyota should know about this.
