They respond almost immediately, and we agreed that the following day, Saturday, I would travel from Midland, TX to Sweetwster, TX., on Saturday I spoke with Troy one of the salesmen, and he only told me that they had sold the pickup the previous day, I regret that neither Jeff nor Troy let me know about that sale, in other words, I just wasted my time and made an unnecessary trip, because no one of them bothered to let me know. I hope that isn't the common practice of this business!

Was contacted quickly with good follow up. Ended up going new vs used but this is the dealership that was most helpful...if I would have bought used, this would have the most likely dealership

Finance guy was excellent...our sales person kept sending us emails relating to our test drive and asking us to come back AFTER we had already purchased our car. Not sure if these were computer driven but more customer service attention was needed from him.
