I sent in a request for information on a Sunday evening when the dealer was closed. Shortly after sending the request for information, I received an email that they were closed but someone would reply during normal hours. Well sure enough, on Monday morning I had an email from the Dealer with information on the vehicle as well as an appointment time to meet with a salesman to test drive the Jeep. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Joe who is an excellent salesman. I wanted to look at another Jeep so I drove this one, got the numbers for my trade and then went to the other place to drive their Jeep. Joe called me back later that day to see if I had made a decision. He also called me first thing when he got in on Monday, not in a pushy way, but in a "I want to earn your business" way. My overall satisfaction with Sands Ford in Pottsville is Outstanding. They went beyond the normal call of duty and made sure I was happy with the vehicle and that they did everything they could to earn my business. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Sands in the future.

included extra item cost in deal with out first discussion. erroneous in reading credit report. Actual contract person very pushy to make deal etc.

Wouldn't haggle even knowing I had found a newer vehicle with less miles for $3800 less. (I had hoped not to travel 2 hours to get it. But, in the long run it was worth it.) I found the Forester before there were any details including price or photos. It was still being detailed for the lot.
