The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We test drove several cars and they were all very nice! The prices on the vehicles that we test drove were much lower than those of similar quality in our area! We bought a car from them and I would purchase from them again!

I would have bought this van but left sliding door did not work. The rear wiper arm was missing. The oil in the engine was 2 gts low and had not been changed in a long time. I got the impression that they had done nothing to prep it for resale. No deal.

I can understand your displeasure with that particular vehicle. All our cars are inspected and most come with a free warranty. Some , however are sold in the "rough". That van we were having a hard time deciding how far to go with repairs and waited to long.

Can not say enough about how pleased I am with this dealership. I bought a car from them a few months ago and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They extended their hours to work with my schedule. They allowed me to take it overnight to test it and have my own inspection done. They agreed to fix some minor cosmetic issues. They also gave me a 30 day warranty. They were very honest and up front about everything and let me look at their cars without using pressure tactics. This will be my first stop when I'm ready for an upgrade.

The vehicle listed was in poor physical condition. Pbvious damage to vehicle even though CARFax listed as no reported accidents. Salesperson tried to reasln way rhe damage as minor even though steel structure and radiator was severely damaged

Great staff i call them for 2011 Chev n end up buying 2013 chev car still repair and waiting for deliver. They good and follow up respond quickly. It was a long drive for me n it was worth. Hopefully they can deliver my car by tomorrow

Very honest, straight forward, and friendly people. I didn't get some big sales pitch or have anyone try to upsale me. I checked out the vehicle i was interested in on their lift so i could see underneath, thats a first for a used car dealership. Anyway, id buy from them again.

I had a great experience with Sagamore. I would recommend this dealership! Their prices are fair and the staff is not obnoxious or pushy. Looking outside the big city limits paid off for me; the short trip to Lebanon was worth it!
