Bait and switch! Emailed thru CarGurus on a 2014 Nissan Sentra and got a phone call saying manager was ready to work with me on price. I made an apt for the next morning, receive several confirmation texts and show up at Andy Mohr Nissan. Manager then tells me, sorry, that car has been on no sale list for a while. Brings out salesman to show me 2 cars $1500 above the car I had come to see. Terrible service

The car was misrepresented by Andy Mohr Nissan. Made appt. and when I arrived was told they did not even have the keys and the car was in horrible condition. Drove 105 miles round trip for absolutely nothing. Of course they attempted immediately to sell me other cars on the lot. Will never do business with any Andy Mohr dealership.

I drove up to Avon all the way from Columbus to test drive a car that ended up having a maintenance issue. I wish somebody would have noticed this maintenance issue before I drove all the way up there. I ended up leaving very disappointed because they knew which car I was coming up there to test drive in how far I was driving up there to do it

I was treated like I didn’t have any common sense about purchasing a car. The vehicle was not in good shape and the listed price was not what I was offered. I was also pressured to make a decision and urged to finance this vehicle even though I didn’t want or need to do so. I will not return to this dealer.

I sent an inquiry to the dealer, and they were very quick to respond. I replied with a timeframe of when I could go to the dealership, and the rep set up an appointment for me, and gave me two names to ask for, in the event one was busy. On the night I went, I didn't end up really looking the SUV I looked at. The sales manager asked me why, and I answered, and in response he gave zero pressure to try to convince me to buy the vehicle. He was polite and courteous, and put me and my wife at ease. I only have for stars instead of five because the rep who initially contacted me confirmed the vehicle had a hitch, but it did not. In would not have driven 20 miles to this dealership had I been given the correct information. I would return to this dealer if they had another vehicle I wanted.

My experience at AndyMohr Nissan was pretty average. I felt like the answers that I received to my questions were memorized and little thought was given to what I was actually asking. Additionally, when I asked about the other smart key to the car, allI was told was that they didn’t have it. I was not presented with any solutions or how to go about getting an additional etc.

I went to see the car and filled out paperwork. The key was broken off in the car from a test drive before us and they were supposed to contact us to come back and test drive it after it was fixed and they never called us back until today even after we called them checking on the vehicle. I have already found aanother car 2 days ago and purchased it. I am still interested in another vehicle as soon as I get my settlement from my car accident I was involved in.

Looked at car and asked to have something written up with what I would be financing to take to my bank. They included my trade on form, standard procedure, but only took down vehicle VIN and did not inspect vehicle. I asked numerous times if I didn't want to go through with purchase, it was ok to call and let know, they assured me it would be fine. Happened to be looking at similar vehicles on here and my vehicle that I am currently driving (my trade in) is listed for sale. The sale hasn't even been finalized and they already have my vehicle for sale???!!!??? I'm sorry but this enraged me. I called the Dealership and told them I would not be purchasing the car from them and to please take my car (that I am currently driving) off their website for sale....Two days later is still listed for sale...Unbelieveable!!!!!!

On line contact was excellent. It looked like a great deal for $5900 The Mini Cooper had serious issues - failing clutch, bad breaks and faulty timing belt assembly. One of the managers said that if I wanted to get the issues taken care of then the price would be $9000! He said that of course the price of $5900 would mean that the car would have issues. No scruples at this dealership. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Huge lot, tons of sales people standing around, super slow service. I simply wanted to test drive a car and find out their best price. This process took almost 90 minutes, even when I had an appointment. Also, the 'etching fee' they charge on their cars is ridiculous. Essentially, it is like having the VIN etched on the window and it's something they do on all the cars. Just seems like another way to add cost to the vehicles. Not impressed.

I contacted the dealership regarding a car, following day I received an email. I replied to Brandi’s email and I asked 1 question: Does the car have frame rusting? She replies to the email and says she will go check now. Then Radio silence, get a follow up email from Benjamin the GM asking if I was contacted and how was my experience. I replied that it was awful. Brandi then emails me saying the car was sold over the weekend. Ok, so goes life, whatever. Brandi emails me back saying the car doesn’t start, am I still interested. I reply that I’m still waiting on the rusting answer. No answer, them I get another email from Brandi asking if I’m interested in a test drive? I replied that you stated the car doesn’t run and that all I want to know is the the frame has rust on it. Still NO ANSWER, great work #employeeofthe month

I purchased a used truck at this dealership. My sales associate, James, was extremely helpful and very patient as I inspected and test drove the vehicle. The dealership was was willing to negotiate the price and agreed to replace worn tires. I didn't get any kind of bargain here, but paid a fair retail price for a highly sought-after vehicle. The dealership promised to replace the tires the following week. However when I drove home the tire sidewalls had already started to split making it dangerous to return to the dealership more than 40 miles from my home. They quickly agreed to tow my vehicle at no charge to me and they replaced the tires early in the following week. Both the service and the sales staff are extremely friendly, down-to-earth, and very professional. My overall experience was excellent.

Called ahead about vehicle and was completely lied to about the condition. I was told no dents, scratches, or rust. I called ahead because i had 1.5 hr drive to see it. Besides the decent size rust spot, It looked like it had been side swiped! Of course they had another.. more expensive one they wanted to try to sale me. Terrible!!!

This is a case of Andy Mohr bait and try to switch. They advice this one at a low price but after I try to buy it....they can't sell it but can sell me another truck for a lot more money. This happen at 2 different Andy Mohr dealships. Buyers beware....

I bought the truck but it was just the worst car buying experience of my life. The dealership would not negotiate online. I drove 112 miles to see the vehicle which was advertised as a 2014. On the vehicle was a tag for 2016 and the salesman said it was a 2016. I decided on the price thinking it was a 2016 and was unaware until I gave the VIN to my insurance carrier they told me it was a 2014. I asked the dealer and they said well it was a mistake and the price was the price. That was disappointing but I decided to buy the Truck drove 112 miles again to get the truck. They only had one KeyFob and said it is a commercial truck. There was a lock on the trailer hitch and no one had the key. This was discussed on my first visit as a must remove the salesman assured me it would. It was not removed and there is no key. I had my own financing and asked them to complete the purchase order before I got there. The finance manager was unaware of anything. The floor mats were removed while it was cleaned and no one could find them. I have purchased several vehicles online a couple without even seeing them. My experience involved 450 miles about 12 hours and a great deal of frustration. When I got it home I noticed the hood latch in the cab was broken. The email communication was limited to yes and I don't know they could not answer even the question about the "Navigation" system connections. So it was by far the worst car buying experience of my 59 years.

The folks at the dealership were nice enough and I ultimately bought the truck from them but the overall experience was pretty flawed. The vehicle was just what I wanted but in prep the dealer used huge amounts of vinyl shine on the interior. I have driven the car 100 miles and I still have to wipe my hands every time I get out of it. I opened the tonneau cover at the dealer and found it was very dirty, contained a couple of 100# sand bags and sheets of cardboard. The salesman said he would clean it out, told me it was cleaned out, but I later found nothing had been touched. When I took the truck back the next day to show them two problems I found while washing the car, they seemed willing to help but couldn't figure out what to do.

The salesman was a good guy and I probably would have bought from them if the finance manager hadn't gotten involved and tried to push a new car on me. That wasn't so bad, but he verbally offered to email​ me info on four cars but instead kept calling. I wanted the info so I could make an informed decision. He wanted me in the dealership so he could pressure me. I would not recommend or buy from here!

I came specifically to test drive and buy a silver 03 ram, it was over priced had rip in seat and giant rust spots in the sides above rear tires, I test drove and was very disappointed with the vehicle, as well as the service provided, the seller said this truck was A -1 and wouldn't budge on the price, I walked away and found 1 a year newer and alot cheaper

Not good, they wouldn't tell me what my car appraised for, they just said negative equity. They pulled my credit report but then didn't tell me any numbers and wanted to show me new cars, I came specifically for that car.

worst car buying experience EVER! Drove 2 hrs to look at a car that sounded like crap and the transmission appeared to be slipping. from that point fwd they were pushing us into a new car that we neither wanted or could afford. we were passed from salesman, to supervisor, to sales manager trying to 'close the deal' I was so irate after trying to leave multiple times and being asked to wait over and over I finally just walked out. my husband and I were appalled at the tactic and cliche car salesman behavior.

Andy Mohr in Avon Indiana was a nightmare. I found a vehicle that was perfect for me but just a bit out of my price range. I was ok with walking away from the vehicle after I hit top dollar but the sales staff kept telling me to have a seat while they talked it over. After 10 minutes of talking they would come back and tell me that they could not meet my price. Again I would say "that is ok, I understand. I will buy something else." But that only lead to another 10 minute conversation. Then after about 3 sequences of this the sales manager comes out and raises the price another 200 dollars! All the while they continued to pressure me to buy a jeep with 180,000 miles that smelled terribly of antifreeze coolant for 4,000. I am not upset about the failure to come to an agreement on price, I am upset that I wasted 3 hours of my day simply because they did not want me to walk out the door but they could do nothing but raise the price of the vehicle that I had already explained to be out of my price range. I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
