Outstanding ! This was the first dealer that I actually drove the vehicle out and ended up buying it. No high pressure sales tactics, everybody was friendly, I can see why they've been in Norman for as long as I've been alive ... while other dealerships along the mile of cars have changed hands numerous times. Adam my sales person and Franco The finance man ... were knowledgeable and courteous and the selection of car it was good this was just the one that I wanted I had my sights set on it and I got it . I've been a preapproved for financing and they got me a much better deal at half the interest- rate ! Even if you live out of state… Especially along the borders consider a 2 Hour trip here to Norman !

Up until we said we wanted to buy the car, salesman was great. Low pressure but stayed in contact. After we decided to buy it, things moved extremely slowly. Not sure if the business office was the problem or what but getting the paperwork done and delivery arranged took longer than it should have and I had to do more legwork to make it happen than I should have. The car is in good shape and we are pleased so far, it was just the business end that was frustrating.

The sales manager lied to me about the add. He claimed that the price was listed as a fleet price. I asked why it was not disclosed in the add. He claimed that "it is in the fine print". I have reread the add several times now. Not only does it not say fleet pricing anywhere, but it sights the use of " retail customer rebate". I say that if you are gonna post a price leader, or bait and switch add online, you should at least be intelligent enough to have a good lie ready. I will not be shopping at Reynolds Ford in the future.

They did well. We were just coming to an agreement when they called to tell us the vehicle we were interested in had a major issue and they would not sell it off their lot. We were impressed with their honesty..unfortunately they don't usually handle.vehicles in our price range or we would do business there again.

Great. Drove up with family. Planned to look at a truck. The sales associate was very neutral and non pressured for me to make decisions. I explained that I want edit test drive the truck. Without hesitation they said "load up three kids and see how you like it". After the test drive I was not harassed about buying it and why I wouldn't. I feel I will go back when I'm ready to make a purchase as long as the have what I looking for.

They were quick to respond but we could not agree on a price. I am a bit baffled because the truck has been on thier lot a long time. That should tell them thier price is high. Having said that, they are pleasant to work with.

The SUV I had orginally inquired about had just sold. Sales associate stayed in contact with me to see if they had anything that was similar and what I wanted. I found an auto elsewhere but these guys were helpful in trying to find what I wanted.

Tenant was awesome and honest. They couldn't come off the price of the car as much as I would have liked but the extras they got for me was well worth the price

They were friendly and pretty easy to work with. The car had considerably more cosmetic issues than was evident from the photographs, but I don't think they did that on purpose. They knocked a good chunk off of the asking price to compensate.

The salseman CB and finacial advisor Jerrel were amazing!!! They are very friendly and genuine REAL people that treat you as a person and not as a potiential victim of overpaying for a car, they worked with me being a first time car buyer, they made the experience great and i will definitely tell my friends and family and refer them! I received an email within 12 hours of contact advising they would call. Gentleman called Monday morning while I was working. I asked to call him back later in the day. I called and gentleman was with a customer, I left a message. I called Tuesday, mid morning. Gentleman was with a customer so I left a second message. I called Wednesday, gentleman was with a customer, I did not leave a message. I then received 2 emails. The first advising that the vehicle I had asked about had been sold but they had similar vehicles albeit at a higher price. The 2nd email just moments after the 1st was asking if I was satisfied with Reynolds Mazda. I responded to the 2nd email. I told them I had received a call but that I tried to return it 3 times leaving 2 message in the course of 3 days I had not received a return call so either he was not getting messages or just didn't return messages. Surprise, I got a call within the hour. We are still looking for a vehicle.
